O lugar tem produtos variados e cuidado, muitos estão vencidos!
O atendimento... Gente, os funcionários e a gerente não sabem o mínimo do código de defesa do consumidor; ok não é necessário que todos saibam, mas se vc tem um comércio, se quer ter seriedade é necessário. Ou no mínimo, saber que a máxima do comércio é: O CLIENTE TEM SEMPRE RAZÃO.
O trato comigo foi vergonhoso, quando mostrei produtos vencidos, e tem vários. Todos aqueles funcionários com cara de poucos amigos não fazem nada na loja, não obsevam a validade dos produtos.
O/a gerente não sabe resolver situações delicadas com os clientes;
O/a gerente não tem nenhum controle sobre mercadorias, não instrui seus funcionários no trato com o cliente, mas também... Não dá para ensinar algo que não se sabe!
Nós clientes queremos além de bons produtos e bons preços, sermos bem tratados, bem atendidos. Desde a entrada na loja, a busca por produtos ou serviços até a finalização da venda no caixa. Na área da verdura os meninos atendem bem. Enfim cuidado este lugar pode te matar. Produtos vencidos são um veneno.

We customers want, in addition to good products and good prices, to be treated well and attended to. From entering the store, searching for products or services to finalizing the sale at the checkout. In the area of vegetables, the boys are good at serving. Anyway be careful this place can kill you. Expired products are a poison.
