Por se tratar de um serviço especializado o tempo de espera é necessário, pois são muitos itens que são avaliados no carro. Fui o segundo da fila a ter o carro vistoriado.
Decorrido mais uma hora que meu carro foi inspecionado, meu documento não foi impresso.
Tive que esperar uma hora e quarenta minutos para pegar meu documento, sendo que só para iniciar a inspeção levou 50 minuto, mais quase uma hora para concluir a inspeção.
Ao perguntar a recepção se havia algo de errado com o documento do meu carro, fui informado de que é normal demorar.
Acho que a empresa precisa analisar melhor o fluxo de atendimento, visando otimizar tempo e movimentos.
Fica aqui a minha insatisfação com a demora no atendimento.

I was second in line to have the car inspected.
Another hour has passed since my car was inspected, and my document has not been printed.
I had to wait an hour and forty minutes to get my document, and just to start the inspection it took 50 minutes, plus almost an hour to complete the inspection.
When asking reception if there was something wrong with my car document, I was informed that it is normal to take a while.
I think the company needs to better analyze the service flow, aiming to optimize time and movements.
Here is my dissatisfaction with the delay in service.

depois de esperar mais de 3 horas tive meu carro reprovado na proteção de choque do meu cilindro, quando questionei ter sido aprovado ano passado sem essa peça, fui informado que mudou esse ano. Até aí ok mas como eu não contava com a demora e essa reprovação já tinha indicado um amigo no mesmo dia e o mesmo foi aprovado depois de aceitar a condição de deixar um café a um rapaz. Deixo aqui minha decepção com esse local
além das cadeiras desconfortáveis
é demorado e não tem um responsável para te explicar o seu problema, só te dizem estar reprovado e mandam procurar o engenheiro no qual é grosseiro e cheia mal

after waiting more than 3 hours I had my car failed in the shock protection of my cylinder, when I questioned whether it was approved last year without this part, I was informed that it changed this year. So far ok but as I didn't count on the delay and this disapproval I had already referred a friend on the same day and he was approved after accepting the condition of leaving a boy a coffee. I leave here my disappointment with this place
