★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem o telefone de forma alguma. Realizei compras na loja no sábado (12/12/2020). Os vendedores veêm o telefone tocando e não se importam. Deveriam ter mais respeito com o cliente.
They don't answer the phone at all. I made purchases at the store on Saturday (12/12/2020). Salespeople see the phone ringing and don't care. They should have more respect for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quando era veicular foi melhor o atendimento,atendiam telefone rápido e agora que trocou nome piorou e muito mesmo,como que empresa tem telefone e ninguém atende,preferem desligar na cara do cliente(não devem querer vender),a empresa cresce a tendencia seria melhorar, ai é contrario ficou foi péssimo.
when it was vehicular, the service was better, they answered the phone quickly and now that the name has changed it has gotten worse and much, like that company has a phone and nobody answers, they prefer to hang up on the customer (they shouldn't want to sell), the company grows the trend would be to improve , there it is otherwise it was terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sou de reclamar de empresa nenhuma mais tenho que dar o feedback a mais em três anos tenho uma oficina de confiança e esse fornecedor a cima sempre falta de respeito com o cliente , estou na oficina comprei 2 óleos. E demoraram 2 horas e meia para entregar , trabalho com o carro e usa de na fé com o tempo de entrega , peço aos donos uma atenção pois estou procurando outros fornecedores para a oficina onde frequento e você irão perder os clientes !!!

I have a trustworthy workshop and this supplier up there is always lacking in respect with the customer, I am at the workshop and I bought 2 oils. And it took 2 and a half hours to deliver, I work with the car and use it in faith with the delivery time, I ask the owners for attention because I am looking for other suppliers for the workshop where I attend and you will lose customers !!!
