★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei dois cactus com flores e descobri que as flores são falsas e atrapalham o crescimento do cactu. Isso é uma estratégia de marketing desonesta e cruel pra fazer as pessoas comprarem por causa da flor. Se eu quisesse algo artificial compraria um de plástico, agora colocar flores falsas pra estimular a venda isso é querer enganar e se aproveitar de como os clientes escolhem os cactus. Se fossem honestos pelo menos colocassem um aviso de que as flores são falsas. Muito chateado. Deixem o cacto ser natural e livre.
I bought two cactus with flowers and discovered that the flowers are fake and hinder the growth of the cactus. This is a dishonest and cruel marketing strategy to get people to buy because of the flower. If I wanted something artificial I would buy a plastic one, now to put fake flowers to stimulate the sale this is wanting to cheat and take advantage of how customers choose cactus. If they were honest, at least put a notice that the flowers are fake. Really upset. Let the cactus be natural and free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o Bambu da Sorte, mas infelizmente não vem com informações para cuidado da planta e não tem nada no site. Agora é procurar informações aleatórias no Google e contar com a sorte. Estamos em pleno 2020, QRCode e tanta tecnologia para informar o consumidor, mas aqui fomos ignorados. Vamos pensar um pouco mais no cliente e facilitar tal informação!
[Resp] Meu Bambu da Sorte é plantado em terra e não na agua e ainda acho que um cliente ter que ligar no 0300 (e pagar) para uma informação que deveria vir na embalagem é o fim.
I bought Bambu da Sorte, but unfortunately it doesn't come with information for plant care and there's nothing on the website. Now you have to search for random information on Google and count on luck. We are in the middle of 2020, QRCode and so much technology to inform the consumer, but here we were ignored. Let's think a little more about the client and facilitate this information!
[Ans] My Lucky Bamboo is planted on land and not in water and I still think that a customer having to call 0300 (and pay) for information that should come on the packaging is the end.
