★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima minha experiência com essa Auto Escola, Compareci a mesma dia 11 de maio de 2017 após uma indicação para mudança de categoria de CNH, Contratei da mesma a mudança de categoria A+B especial, Fui orçado pela funcionária Adriana que seria as 2 um valor de R$ 1.400,00 Mil e Quatrocentos Reais onde tenho recibo e NF que por acaso não consta em meu cadastro da nota fiscal Paulista, Paguei no mesmo dia em meu cartão dividido em 4x, passando 1 semana fiz 01 aula com um carro Golf de cor preta e câmbio automático, passando uns dias fui a prova prática do Detran no Aricanduva onde fui reprovado por não conter a deficiência suficiente para a mudança da categoria para especial, Resolvi não dar continuidade no processo devido a MÁFIA que é entre Detran, Auto escolas e Médicos credenciados, A briga seria peixe pequeno contra GRANDE, Fui até a mesma munido de documentos dizendo que não iria dar continuidade e que gostaria de cancelar e solicitar o estorno do valor, no estorno do valor deixei bem claro que gostaria que fosse cobrado o serviço deles como : taxas, 01 aula, marcação entre outros, Ai que começou o PESADELO, O pós venda péssimo, liga e liga e até que o Fernando proprietário entrou em contato por telefone e falou que iriam fazer as contas e me responderiam por e-mail, fui informado que seria abatido taxas bancárias de cartão e etc etc etc, hoje 06/06/2018 se for ver por esse lado vou receber juros, até que me responderam por e-mail que iriam devolver o valor total da categoria B, = R$ R$ 560,00 (quinhentos e sessenta reais) Fiz uma proposta por e-mail a Adriana e ao Fernando que concordava com a devolução de 50% do valor R$ 700,00 pelo que eles fizeram e por 01 aula no carro deles pois até para a prova do Aricanduva eu fui com minha moto sem dar gastos a eles, Resumindo...Paguei 1.400,00 e querem me devolver 560,00, mês 07/2018 estarei de férias e vou abrir um processo contra eles. Portanto fica a dica ! Olhem no Reclame aqui a quantidade de reclamações e aqui mesmo várias pessoas insatisfeitas com eles... Att Cleber Ignácio, Resposta.... Esta bem ciente que não vou mais fazer o processo como até documentação eu já assinei, falar de valores que é bom nada, mas pode ficar tranquilo que com meu dinheiro você não fica, também não quero o seu, até mais !
My experience with this driving school is terrible, I attended the same day on May 11, 2017 after a nomination to change the category of CNH, I hired the same category change A + B special, I was budgeted by the employee Adriana who would be the 2 a value of R $ 1,400.00 Thousand and four hundred reais where I have a receipt and invoice that happens not to be on my São Paulo invoice register, I paid the same day on my card divided in 4x, after 1 week I took 01 class with a Golf car black color and automatic gearbox, spending a few days I was the practical test of the DMV in Aricanduva where I was disapproved for not containing enough disability to change the category to special, I decided not to continue the process due to MAFIA that is between DMV, Auto Schools and Accredited doctors, The fight would be small fish against BIG, I even went with documents saying that it would not continue and that I would like to cancel and request a refund of the amount, in the refund of the amount I left very clear that I would like to be charged for their service such as: fees, 01 class, booking, among others, Ai that the NIGHTMARE started, The bad after-sale, call and call and even the owner Fernando contacted by phone and said they would do the math and answer me by e-mail, I was informed that bank card fees and etc etc etc, today, 06/06/2018 if I go to see this side I will receive interest, until they answered me by email that would return the total value of category B, = R $ 560.00 (five hundred and sixty reais) I made a proposal by email to Adriana and Fernando who agreed with the return of 50% of the value R $ 700.00 for what they did and for 01 class in their car because even for the Aricanduva race I went with my bike without giving them expenses, in short ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A escola cobra DEZ REAIS pela impressão de um LAD-V, a licença temporária que é necessária para fazer aula.
Eu entendo que a impressão não deve ser gratuita, para induzir um senso de responsabilidade no aluno e cobrir os custos. Um preço de 2, até 3 reais seria razoável.
Mas DEZ REAIS é usura descarada.
The school charges TEN REAIS for printing a LAD-V, the temporary license that is required to take class.
I understand that printing should not be free, to induce a sense of responsibility in the student and to cover costs. A price of 2, even 3 reais would be reasonable.
But TEN REAIS is shameless usury.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei fui fazer a prova de moto chegui la disse q eu tinha q pagar um parcela antes pra libera exame não ligar pra avisa perdir o dia te trabalho e gastei com a condução um desrespeito com o cliente...
