★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nice hotel. The double bedroom is big, the beds are comfortable and it is well cleaned. The breakfast is delicious, as so the dinner. The major fault I found was the lack of a place to hold my clothes as I was taking shower. It doesn't bother me when I'm travelling alone, but I was with a coworker and this situation was a little uncomfortable. Bot overall it is a great hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all. It is a decent hotel, with an amazing location and a great staff. We saw a lot of articles on the web saying that this is the 2nd best hotel in São Luis, which I don't believe to be true. Unfortunately, it's getting three stars for the following reasons:
• All outlets in our room had the 220v voltage, except for the one with the tv. We couldn't use any other outlet in the room.
• The flush button in our bathroom was leaking.
• The exterior architecture ruins the sea side window view.
• On the first day of the year, we had to leave early for a tour but someone left a car behind ours locking us up. The hotel doesn't do a vehicle check to see whether someone in the parking lot is staying at the hotel. Fortunately, the owner of the car showed up to remove it in time for us to leave.
