★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi as pizzas, esperei uma hora e meia, liguei várias vezes e ngm atendia. Quando deu duas horas de atraso fui até lá e dei de cara com a pizzaria FECHADA. Chegaram duas horas e quarenta minutos depois com o pedido, mas já tínhamos ído até outro lugar pra pedir em outra pizzaria. Só transtorno! Liguei inúmeras vezes, e ngm me ligou pra me dar nenhuma satisfação.
I ordered the pizzas, waited an hour and a half, called several times and ngm answered. When I was two hours late, I went there and found the pizzeria CLOSED. Two hours and forty minutes later arrived with the order, but we had already gone elsewhere to order at another pizzeria. Only inconvenience! I called countless times, and ngm called me to give me no satisfaction.

Terrible! They take time to deliver, when it comes, it still comes wrong and the person who answers through WhatsApp doesn't bother with the customer!

The pizza is great, but the service is terrible, I've never seen such precarious service on whatsapp, it won't take long to go bankrupt, because of the attendants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aumentaram o PREÇO e diminuíram a QUALIDADE , se antes eu dava 9/10 . hoje dou 4 no máximo 5. Que pena.. começam bem e quando as pessoas gostam =, aumentam os preços e relaxam na qualidade.
They increased the PRICE and decreased the QUALITY, if before I gave 9/10. today I give 4 out of 5. Too bad.. they start well and when people like it =, they raise the prices and relax on the quality.

Resolvi dar mais uma chance eles falaram que ia demorar 1:00 passou 1:30 e nenhuma satisfação mandei cancelar meu pedido e expliquei a situação é só recebi um ok pedido cancelado. Nem desculpas pedem ! Eu entendi que imprevistos acontecem, mas eles deveriam no mínimo dar uma safisfacao pro cliente dizendo que vai demorar um pouco mais e pedir desculpa que acho que é o mínimo !
Bad quality and bad service, I ordered 1 time of catupiry with corn came with spoiled corn.
I decided to give it one more chance they said it would take 1:00 past 1:30 and with no satisfaction I had my order cancelled and I explained the situation, I just received an ok canceled order. No apologies are asked! I understand that unforeseen events happen, but they should at least give the customer a sigh saying that it will take a little longer and apologize, which I think is the least!
