Desde que a loja foi inaugurada eu utilizo os serviços de mecânica e compra de vestuário na loja. E sempre percebi que tudo foi feito com excelência.
E tem um café com wifi dentro da loja onde vc pode tomar um café,trabalhar enquanto espera sua bike ficar pronta .

Levei minha bike (eu mesmo montei) que estava precisando de alguns ajustes, eles remontou e realizou os ajustes necessários, ficou ótima. Me entregaram no mesmo dia. O David tirou minhas dúvidas e me orientou sobre cuidados e manutenção. Com certeza se precisar vou retornar. Vlww
I had a great experience! I was well taken care of by David. I took my bike (I built it myself) that needed some adjustments, they reassembled it and made the necessary adjustments, it was great. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja me vendeu um produto defeituoso. Voltei no dia seguinte à compra para trocar o produto por um igual e todos os outros produtos idênticos estavam com defeitos. E um deles estava aparentemente usado e riscado. Ou seja, vendem produtos usados e com defeito alegando que são novos. Deixei o produto defeituoso na loja a pedido da atendente, pois alegou que falaria com o fornecedor e tentaria a troca. Sugeri a devolução do dinheiro e recusaram, alegando que isto não faz parte da política da loja, e não me garantiram a troca por um produto idêntico, novo e com perfeitas condições. A solução da loja foi "escolha outro produto da loja". Não cumprem o código de defesa ao consumidor - CDC. Solicitei a emissão da NF por medida de segurança e ainda não me enviaram. Pediram meu endereço para emitir a Nota Fiscal e informaram que sem o meu endereço residencial não há possibilidade de emitir a NF. ATENÇÃO E CUIDADO AO COMPRAR PRODUTOS NESTA LOJA.

I left the defective product at the store at the request of the attendant, as she claimed that she would talk to the supplier and try to exchange it. I suggested returning the money and they refused, claiming that this is not part of the store's policy, and they did not guarantee me an exchange for an identical product, new and in perfect condition. The store's solution was "choose another product from the store". They do not comply with the consumer protection code - CDC. I requested the issuance of the invoice as a security measure and they still haven't sent me. They asked for my address to issue the Invoice and informed that without my residential address there is no possibility of issuing the NF. ATTENTION AND CAUTION WHEN PURCHASING PRODUCTS IN THIS STORE.

my bike was too old (since 2009) and many part broken.
and i visited there! changed the rear tire, the Crank set, the sproke, the chain, the cables.
so now all working well!
they were so kindly and nice guys.
