★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal cuidado ao deixar seu veículo com esta empresa, ao retirar o meu de lá, várias coisas elétricas não estavam funcionando, fazendo com que eu voltasse para resolverem, e ainda a pessoa que me atendeu quis me convencer de que já não estavam funcionando quando cheguei, após procurar o mesmo viu que era um fusível queimado, e após eu andar com meu carro ao sol observei, que quebraram a moldura plástica do painel do meu carro, fiquei muito chateado, pois não tem profissional bom lá na loja de Santo André próximo ao antigo shopping Mappin, cuidado ao levar seu carro lá, eles sempre pedem pra vc deixar lá e depois buscar, tire fotos de tudo e após retirar confira tudo, pois são porcos de mais!! Obrigado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento prestado, levei meu carro pra fazer avaliação no painel de instrumentos, estou aguardando (8 dias) até o momento o valor da mão de obra e se eles tem o painel para fazer a troca.
I didn't like the service provided, I took my car to do an evaluation on the instrument panel, I'm waiting (8 days) until the moment the value of the labor and if they have the panel to make the exchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de ir lá, não tinha nenhum carro e não queriam ver na hora pra que eu pudesse acompanhar querem sempre que vc deixe o carro o dia todo lá e pra vc voltar só no final do dia pra buscar parece que não querem que vc veja o que estão fazendo. Esses lugares que não querem que o cliente acompanhe, é típico que um negócio simples que vira uma lista de coisas que demoraram o dia todo pra arrumar e vc que está pagando não tem o direito de ver o que estão fazendo no seu carro! Paga no escuro!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento show. Havia levado o carro em 2 locais para verificar um problema no odômetro e ambos os locais me deram orçamento absurdo e só iriam verificar com agendamento. No mesmo dia levei na Velomax e um dos funcionários já me atendeu imediatamente verificando o problema e arrumando.
Show attendance. I had taken the car to 2 places to check for an odometer problem and both places gave me an absurd quote and would only check by appointment. On the same day I took it to Velomax and one of the employees immediately attended to me checking the problem and fixing it.
