★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já perdi a noção de quantas vezes fui imprimir nesse local e a impressão sair toda errada, no arquivo uma coisa e no papel impresso um lixo, no dia 18/11 fui imprimir o TCC, já convertido em PDF para evitar o famoso problema de impressão. No entanto, para minha surpresa, estava tudo errado como sempre. A assistente pediu p eu alterar o arquivo no word e por tamanho a4 para evitar esse problema... Assim o fiz, foi impresso em docx e dessa vez saiu certo, porém fui obrigado a pagar novamente fui reclamar e a justificativa e que estava configurado o pdf em outro tamanho de folha... Mas independente disso na hora de imprimir em outra folha devem fazer o ajuste porém não o fazem pois aproveitam essas situações para lucrar encima dos estudantes. É sabido que na impressão do pdf deve-se sair exatamente como está na visualização do arquivo PDF, e para isso acontecer ao enviar para impressão a gráfica deve configurar a impressão ajustando o arquivo ao tamanho da folha que irão utilizar (normalmente a4) e não o fazem já visando o lucro e culpando nos pelo próprio erro deles... Sai de lá me sentindo lesado e ainda furtado além do péssimo atendimento de um dos donos... Tem alguns atendentes maravilhosos não nego mas fazer isso com as pessoas é cruel e egoísta.
