★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de ser atendido por eles, perguntei se trabalhavam com aparelhos inverter, disseram que sim, no entanto depois de todo o transtorno perguntei se alguém da empresa já tinha feito um treinamento especializado para aquele tipo de aparelho, ai a atendente confessou que não.
Minha avaliação segue a baixo:
1. Não cumprem horário.
2. Danificaram o móvel ao instalar aparelho.
3. Condenaram peças e mesmo depois de trocá-las o problema não foi resolvido.
4. O proprietário não cumpriu com o que se propôs, prometeu recolher o aparelho para consertar no dia seguinte e sumiu.
5. Deixou a condensadora dando choque (55v).
6. Gastei mais de R$ 400 em um aparelho e fiquei mais de 10 dias sem ar-condicionado sem ter meu problema solucionado.
 Before being serviced by them, I asked if they worked with inverter devices, they said yes, however after all the trouble I asked if anyone at the company had already done specialized training for that type of device, then the attendant confessed that they did not.
My assessment follows below:
1. Do not keep time.
2. They damaged the furniture when installing the appliance.
3. Condemned parts and even after replacing them the problem has not been solved.
4. The owner did not comply with what was proposed, promised to collect the device to repair the next day and disappeared.
5. Left the condenser shocking (55v).
6. I spent more than R $ 400 on a device and I spent more than 10 days without air conditioning without having my problem solved.
