None of the phones answer. This company improperly put my name on the protest, because of an account of Eletropaulo that was already settled correctly, and now I can not make contact. I've been trying for weeks but no phone answers. Irresponsible.

Não se importam com o cliente, passei mais de 2 semanas solicitando o boleto para realizar o pagamento, e eles só decidem enviar bem em cima da data de vencimento!!!
Quando eu ligava para a empresa, sempre chamava e ninguém atendia, e eu tentei todos os telefones, e varias vezes a decorrer do dia, se você for algum empresário consiredando contratar essa empresa, eu diria que seria melhor você considerar uma empresa que realmente tenha o objetivo de prestar um bom serviço!!! porque essa "Veloz" não é nem um pouco Veloz!!!

Do not care about the customer, I spent more than 2 weeks requesting the ticket to make the payment, and they only decide to send well over the expiration date !!!
When I called the company, I always called and no one answered, and I tried all the phones, and several times throughout the day, if you were a businessman who would hire this company, I'd say you'd better consider a company that really has the purpose of providing good service !!! because this "Veloz" is not even a bit Fast !!!
