I don't know how this company survives the terrible service, they spend budget and don't pass it, I kept asking for the budget, they don't answer the phone when they answer, they're rude.

Excellent service, with well-trained technical staff able to give accurate, attentive and important information on the handling and maintenance of equipment. I have already taken my Toyama chainsaw twice for maintenance and I have always been very well attended to.
