★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui a primeira vez no salão para fazer um corte de cabelo. Perguntei o valor do corte e a recepcionista não quis me informar dizendo que era a partir de 120. Quando voltei para cortar perguntei o valor novamente e ela repetiu a mesma coisa.
Quando terminei o corte fiquei perplexa por ver o valor de 300 reais. Quase o triplo do que fui informada.
Não me incomodaria em pagar se tivesse sido dito com antecedência, mas me senti enganada pela atitude do salão.
Today was the first time in the salon to get a haircut. I asked the value of the cut and the receptionist would not inform me saying it was from 120. When I came back to cut I asked the value again and she repeated the same thing.
When I finished the cut I was perplexed to see the value of 300 reais. Almost triple what I was told.
I wouldn't mind paying if it had been said in advance, but I was fooled by the attitude of the salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei 200 reais pelo PIOR CORTE DE CABELO QUE FIZ NA MINHA VIDA. Eu tenho cabelos longos e grossos, mas o cabeleireiro/estilista de cabelo cortou meu cabelo grosso em uma camada! Então, o resultado do meu corte de cabelo é como usar uma tesoura grande para cortar meu cabelo! EXTREMAMENTE NÃO PROFISSIONAL!!! TERRÍVEL!!! Deixar uma crítica ruim não é suficiente para expressar o quão terrível é este cabeleireiro!!!
I paid 200 reais for the WORST HAIRCUT I had IN MY LIFE. I have long thick hair but the hair stylist cut my thick hair all in one layer!! So the results of my haircut is like using a big scissor to chop my hair! EXTREMELY NOT PROFESSIONAL!!! TERRIBLE!!! Leaving a bad reviews is not enough to express how terrible is this hair salon!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a trim and I can really tell the hair stylist was good. However, I was charged 130 reais and my friend, who had done the exact same thing and left the place a couple minutes after me, was charged 150 reais. This is sadly a place where people get ripped off.
