★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our bus from Lençóis to Salvador(9.45 AM, 17.May 2022) broke down 7 kilometers before Itaberaba. (unfortunately we were told this happens once every month!) The communication from the company was really bad. The driver told us a spare bus will come in 3h but we found out later, that it was the bus that left Lençóis 5 hours later anyway. We had to wait 4-5 hours in the sun, the bus driver ordered food for himself through a bus driving to Lençóis and threw part of the trash in bushes near the road. He didn't organize a transportation possibility to Itaberaba despite the sun. We had to organize a school bus driver to bringe us there to get some food.
