★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preparem uns 700 a 500 reais quando forem sair do imóvel, vão lhe cobrar esse absurdo para pintar as paredes (mesmo depois de você pintar, pois vão alegar que está mal pintada) e lhe cobrarão este absurdo, fora outros materiais que afirmar estar quebrada. Relato de quem já alugou. Tudo máfia!
