Péssima loja não indico a ninguém, tive um grande prejuízo com essa loja, nem si fala sobre a entrega que passou uma eternidade pra entregarem meu pedido tive que ligar varias e várias vezes pra poderem realizarem a entrega, fiz uma compra de 2 tipos de cerâmica, todas duas eram cerâmica de primeira, quando vieram me entregar 1 delas não era a que eu tinha feito a compra, e ainda por cima quando fui abrir a caixa pra colocar a cerâmica elas não estava prestando pra nada me enviaram resto de cerâmica tudo troncha e crua, liguei pra loja e eles me informaram que iria mandar um rapaz da loja em meu endereço pra conferir si estava do geito que eu tinha falado mesmo, o rapaz quando chegou em minha casa pra conferir as cerâmica, ele falou pra mim que iria fazer a troca, e quando ele chegasse na loja ia mandar uma funcionária entrar em contato comigo, pra marcar um dia e a loja me mandar as cerâmicas boa, no dia seguinte entrei em contato novamente porque não tiver retorno algum da parte deles, e o que a funcionária me passou foi que não iria fazer a troca da minha cerâmica e quem ficou no prejuízo foi eu, falei pra um funcionário da loja que iria procurar meus direitos e por cima com todo deboche ele disse que quem sabia mais de direito era ele. Então " NÃO INDICO A NINGUÉM ESSA LOJA" nenhuma pessoa mereçe passar por isso, então pesso que a empresa tenha mais responsabilidade com os produtos e clientes...

So "I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE" no one deserves to go through this, so I ask that the company has more responsibility with the products and customers...
