Fiz contato pelo WhatsApp para sanar umas dúvidas , o atendimento foi horrível e extremamente grosseiro. Indignado liguei para a loja pedi para falar com o gerente , o mesmo me informou que ele próprio, que respondia o WhatsApp , informei que ele foi grosseiro com o cliente que já que ele é o gerente o dono não iria gostar... Entretanto, para minha surpresa o mesmo informou que era o Dono da loja!!.
Em fim deixou de vender no mínimo 4 ventiladores que iria colocar na minha loja.
Com este atendimento em breve não vai suportar a concorrência...

I contacted WhatsApp to answer any questions, the service was horrible and extremely rude. However, to my surprise he informed that he was the owner of the store !!.
In the end, he stopped selling at least 4 fans that he would put in my store.
