The first time the fan defect was not resolved, but the 2nd time it was better than a new one. Very competitive price and budget for other services for sure.

Lição para a empresa, só prometa o que você tem certeza que pode cumprir.
I spent two weeks waiting to get the fan whenever they said it would be ready when I arrived to pick it up it wasn't... and every hour was a new problem. I canceled the service and got my fan back.
Lesson to the company, only promise what you are sure you can deliver.
