★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei um relógio novinho de natal na marca Mondaine mas a pulseira ficou grande, ou seja, tinha que levar na assistência pra diminuir. O manual do relógio informava que essa assistência é a única autorizada a fazer esse serviço em Belém, então fui lá. Paguei 10 reais e fui pra casa com o meu relógio e só depois fui perceber que um lado da pulseira estava toda gasta, arranhada, velha, sem o brilho do relógio novo que ainda nem tinha usado. Creio eu que eles trocaram a pulseira e colocaram uma velha deles. Eu ainda fui burra que não pedi nenhum comprovante do serviço. Mas ainda vou lá exigir o concerto dessa situação!
I got a brand new Christmas watch from the Mondaine brand but the bracelet got big, that is, I had to take it to the assistance to decrease it. The watch manual stated that this assistance is the only one authorized to do this service in Belém, so I went there. I paid 10 reais and went home with my watch and only then did I realize that one side of the bracelet was all worn, scratched, old, without the shine of the new watch that I hadn't even worn. I think they changed the bracelet and put an old one on them. I was still stupid that I didn't ask for any proof of service. But I'm still going to demand that the situation be fixed!
