★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou arquiteto e meu cliente fechou uma cobertura com essa empresa e foi a pior experiência que tive com prestadores de serviço da vida! Evitem dor de cabeça! Fujam! A empresa não cumpriu com o prazo para início da obra, o que atrasou a obra como um todo; No primeiro dia levaram o projeto antigo sem as alterações que eh havia solicitado e começaram a executar, tendo que depois desmanchar e começar do zero; Venderam as cores interna e externa diferentes e só fizeram uma cor no final, ou seja, meu cliente está fora do padrão do condomínio e até agora não resolveram; A calha que eles vendem, cheia de furos, que segundo eles é sensacional, não funciona, não escoa direito e a água volta e suja todo o vidro do envidraçamento, envidraçamento que por sinal na primeira chuva entrou água e deu prejuízo na pintura, tivemos que pintar novamente; o acabamento é tenebroso, silicone à vista por todos os lados e de forma grosseira, sem a menor preocupação estética; Não foram concluir até agora a chaminé da churrasqueira; o Ronaldo que é o dono é arrogante, estupido, distrata seus clientes, não escuta e não reconhece a culpa, sempre irá colocar a culpa no cliente, nunca se propõe a ajudar, isso quando não xinga e diz que não estar preocupado em pegar mais projetos por indicação porque a empresa está bem demais, enfim... EU, JAMAIS RECOMENDAREI ESSA EMPRESA, ESSA DOR DE CABEÇA PRA QUEM QUER QUE SEJA!!!
Graças a Deus hoje existe internet e antes de tudo fucem e procure recomendações, se meu cliente tivesse entrado antes no RECLAME AQUI, jamais fecharia porque centenas de reclamações já foram registradas! Está aí meu relato e espero ajudar alguém!!

Minha obra foi concluída há cerca de um ano e meio, me prometeram garantia de 3 anos (da qual não recebi até hoje documento oficial com esse prazo) e não me respondem com a data para a manutenção. Minha sacada não fecha há tempos (já vieram uma vez e não arrumaram o problema por falta de ferramenta), estou com um vidro sem colar desde a entrega e com foco de goteira na cobertura. É uma extrema falta de respeito no pós venda com seus clientes, triste com esse atendimento!
É um investimento alto pra depois receber esse descaso da empresa, tomem cuidado ao contratar essa empresa e se munam com todos documentos e evidências necessárias para depois não quererem fazer os reparos necessários.
