★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encontrei o que procurava, porém precisei realizar uma troca e eles não quiseram efetuar a troca, mesmo sendo um direito meu como consumidor. Eles alegaram que eu precisaria trocar pelo mesmo modelo do produto, porém o vendedor sabia que estava me vendendo o último item daquele modelo, e mesmo assim me garantiu que eu poderia trocar caso precisasse.
I found what I was looking for, but I needed to make an exchange and they didn't want to make the exchange, even though it was my right as a consumer. They claimed that I would need to exchange for the same model of the product, but the seller knew he was selling me the last item of that model, and even so he assured me that I could exchange it if I needed to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guilherme Becker provalvemente você não compreendeu as normas da loja, pois eles não trabalham com trocas, o vendedor que lhe atendeu foi bem camarada falando que poderia fazer a troca para você.
Eles vendem alto atacado, acredito que não foi seu caso.
Por isso quando você voltou trocar o anel já não havia mais do mesmo modelo !!
A Vênus é uma EXCELENTE empresa, na qual presa o valor de cada cliente!!!

They sell high wholesale, I believe it was not their case.
So when you came back to change the ring there was no longer the same model !!
