★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Te tratam com arrogância, deboche e tentam passar a perna no consumidor a todo momento, alterando valores de produto e forma de pagamento de acordo com quem pergunta. A má-educação é vista desde o dono até o entregador. E além de tudo, não atendem o telefone. Gostaria de poder voltar no tempo e poupar toda a dor de cabeça que tive com esse lugar.
Terrible attendance. They treat you with arrogance, mockery and try to outwit the consumer at all times, changing product values and payment methods according to whoever asks. Bad manners are seen from the owner to the delivery person. And on top of that, they don't answer the phone. I wish I could go back in time and save all the headache I had with this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passou de pai pra filho e o atendimento continua ótimo. Dá pra negociar o preço (caso vc tenha um orçamento mais em conta) pra fechar tudo no mesmo local. Não tem uma variedade gigantesca de fabricantes, mas por ser uma casa de médio porte é compreensível. Os preços são bem competitivos e como eu disse, convém negociar com o patrão (João)... Recomendo!
It passed from father to son and the service is still great. You can negotiate the price (if you have a more affordable budget) to close everything in the same place. It doesn't have a huge variety of manufacturers, but for being a medium-sized house it's understandable. The prices are very competitive and as I said, you should negotiate with the boss (João)... I recommend it!
