Minha x4 patinava e dava tranco de segunda pra terceira, duas oficinas não resolveram meu problema. Somente o Sérgio conseguiu reparar o defeito com o prazo antecipado. Recomendo !
 Workshop specialized in automatic and manual transmissions. Excellent price, service and quality in service. My x4 was skating and I was striding from second to third, two workshops did not solve my problem. Only Sérgio was able to repair the defect with the anticipated deadline. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei fazer meu câmbio, no começo tudo as mil maravilhas, na entrega, tentaram colocar mais peças, deixaram todos os coxins soltos para pegar o trabalho, enfim, nao indico não, tudo solto, meu carro parecia um canguru, resumindo, tive que pagar para outro mecânico, fazer os apertos e disseram que os coxins estavam ruins, ate hj estou rodando com os mesmos.
I had my exchange done, at the beginning everything was wonderful, on delivery, they tried to put more pieces, they left all the cushions loose to get the job, anyway, I do not indicate no, everything loose, my car looked like a kangaroo, in short, I had to pay to another mechanic, do the tightening and said that the cushions were bad, until today I'm running with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro em sao bernardo Tive um ótimo atendimento por telefone,me orientaram a ir até a oficina para trocar o oleo meu carro,. Fui la 2x e o rapaz que conserta cambio não estava. O dono foi super arrogante e ignorante, quando o rapaz(um menino) chegou, desvalorizou meu carro só por ele ser antigo (2004).disse que o problema era motor. Eu mesmo comprei o oleo e procurei outra oficina para colocar. Não tive surpresa! O carro ficou melhor. Nunca vi uma oficina onde o Dono não sabe exercer a profissão e conduzir o cliente. Deixou a responsabilidade para um funcionário imaturo e irresponsável. PÉSSIMO.
I live in sao bernardo I had a great phone service, they told me to go to the workshop to change my car oil ,. I went there 2x and the guy who fixed the change was not there. The owner was super arrogant and ignorant, when the boy (a boy) arrived, he devalued my car just because it was old (2004). He said the problem was an engine. I bought the oil myself and looked for another workshop to put it on. I was not surprised! The car just got better. I have never seen a workshop where the Owner does not know how to practice the profession and lead the client. He left the responsibility to an immature and irresponsible employee. TERRIBLE.
