Atendimento top tanto na área de vendas como pós venda.Eu estou aprendendo a fabricar tijolos e eles me deram o suporte pós venda muito rápido.tive um pequeno problema de ajuste na máquina e o Eng. Hélcio prontamente solicitou a troca da minha prença manual. Isso foi incrível pois ele poderia ter me enrolado como eu não tinha experiência com a prença. Eu nem mencionei de troca foi ele próprio que fez a troca e agora os tijolos estão top. Muito obrigado espero que continuemos nossa empreitada. DEUS ABENÇOE A TODOS DA EMPRESA.
Good afternoon everyone, I recommend Verde equipments. Top service both in the sales and after sales area. I am learning how to manufacture bricks and they gave me the after sales support very quickly. I had a small adjustment problem in the machine and Eng. Hélcio promptly requested the replacement of my manual clamp. This was incredible because he could have rolled me up as I had no experience with the prensa. I didn't even mention exchange, he made the exchange himself and now the bricks are top. Thank you very much I hope that we continue our endeavor. GOD BLESS ALL OF THE COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. I am from America moving to Brazil. My Portuguese is not that good so I ask for English. They say they have person who speaks English but I don’t think they understand what I am saying. The good reviews sound similar like they are fake. The bad reviews all speak of bad customer service and this is what I have experienced. I believe the bad reviews are the correct ones. I want to use my debit card to buy the machine but they say bank transfer only. In America many thief’s use this method thus I feel very unsafe sending this company my money. When asked to help with this concern the customer service was very bad. Have caution with this company.
