★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ter mudado de bairro continuo usando os serviços da verde Acqua. Eles têm um excelente serviço de lavagem de utensílios de bebê. Sempre são pontuais e as roupas ficam bem limpas . Nunca tive qualquer tipo de problemas com eles.
Although I have changed my neighborhood, I still use the services of green Acqua. They have excellent baby washing service. They are always punctual and the clothes are very clean. Never had any kind of problems with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei lavar um forro para colchão porém ele encolheu. Ele até cabe no colchão mas a parte que deve proteger (a parte de cima) ficou menor e deformada e não consigo usar mais. Com certeza não sabem lavar esse tipo de material porque lavei uma vez em casa e não aconteceu isso.
Além de que voltou cheio de pêlos que parecem de cachorro ou de gato, deixei semanas tomando ar para ver se iam soltando e agora que fui usar não consigo. Joguei $30,00 no lixo que foi o valor que paguei para lavar.
I had a mattress liner washed but it shrunk. It even fits on the mattress but the part that it should protect (the top) has become smaller and deformed and I can't use it anymore. They certainly don't know how to wash this type of material because I washed it at home once and it didn't happen.
Besides coming back full of hair that looks like a dog or a cat, I left weeks taking a breath to see if they were loosening and now that I went to use I can't. I threw $ 30.00 in the trash, which was the amount I paid to wash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ **EDREDOM RETORNOU MANCHADO/DESBOTADO E RASGADO ** SERVIÇO PÉSSIMO ** NÃO RECOMENDO ** Mandei lavar um edredom com 3 meses de uso, que no primeiro retorno voltou com manchas pretas. Pediram para que eu devolvesse o edredom para que pudessem lavar novamente e falaram que dariam "prioridade" ao meu caso. No segundo retorno, meu edredom voltou com partes desbotadas e com um pequeno rasgo. O serviço da lavanderia deixa muito a desejar, especialmente quando dizem que o caso será tratado com prioridade. Definitivamente devolver o edredom com novas manchas e um rasgo não é o tratamento com prioridade que alguém espera. A posição inicial da lavanderia foi de me indenizar o edredom e em um primeiro momento entraram em contato com a loja do meu edredom solicitando a TROCA do produto SEM meu consentimento. Ao ser questionada, a lavanderia afirmou que não foi em meu nome. Contudo, considerando que o produto é MEU, eventual troca desse produto só poderia ocorrer em MEU nome e com o MEU consentimento - o que não foi o caso. Inclusive, esse episódio foi bem desagradável porque a loja entrou em contato comigo pedindo explicação do porquê uma lavanderia estava falando com eles sobre o MEU edredom. Posteriormente, quando a loja recusou realizar a troca do edredom, a lavanderia alegou que não indenizaria o valor total do mesmo, tampouco me daria um novo edredom, pois ele havia sido adquirido de "um fornecedor irregular", vez que não havia etiqueta no edredom. Aparentemente a lavanderia virou fiscal da regularidade alheia, mas não observa os próprios procedimentos internos que resultaram na deterioração de um produto. Alegação essa feita quando convém, claro, pois não houve recusa do edredom quando o mesmo deu entrada para lavagem. Ou seja, a partir desses episódios se percebe que a lavanderia faz as coisas pelas costas dos clientes e não assume a responsabilidade de seus atos, não só pelos danos causados no edredom, como também pelo episódio desagradável de tentar trocá-lo sem o meu consentimento. Enfim, para evitar dor de cabeça, uma vez que a minha reclamação não é isolada, sugiro que procurem outro lugar na região, certamente existem outros melhores! Estabelecimentos como esse não merecem credibilidade!
**DUDE RETURNED STAINED/FATHERED AND TORN ** POOR SERVICE ** DO NOT RECOMMEND ** I had a duvet washed with 3 months of use, which returned with black stains on the first return. They asked me to return the comforter so they could wash it again and said they would give "priority" to my case. On the second return, my comforter came back with faded parts and a small tear. The laundry service leaves a lot to be desired, especially when they say the case will be handled with priority. Definitely returning the comforter with new stains and a tear is not the priority treatment one expects. The initial position of the laundry was to indemnify the duvet and at first they contacted my duvet store requesting the EXCHANGE of the product WITHOUT my consent. When questioned, the laundry said it was not in my name. However, considering that the product is MINE, any exchange of this product could only take place in MY name and with MY consent - which was not the case. In fact, this episode was very unpleasant because the store contacted me asking for an explanation of why a laundry was talking to them about MY comforter. Later, when the store refused to change the duvet, the laundry claimed that they would not indemnify the full amount of the duvet, nor would they give me a new duvet, as it had been purchased from "an irregular supplier", since there was no label on the duvet . Apparently, the laundry has become an inspector of other people's regularity, but it does not observe the internal procedures that resulted in the deterioration of a product. This allegation is made when it is convenient, of course, as there was no refusal of the duvet when it was entered for washing. In other words, from these episodes, it is clear that the laundry does things behind the customers' backs and does not assume responsibility for their actions, not only for the damage caused to the comforter, but also for the unpleasant episode of trying to change it without my consent . Anyway, to avoid a headache, since my complaint is not isolated, I suggest you look elsewhere in the region, there are certainly better ones! Establishments like this do not deserve credibility!
