Quando cheguei tinham dois funcionários conversando na recepção e pediram para que aguardasse a vendedora que estava ocupada; passaram- se mais de 15 minutos e ninguém me atendia, porém observava alguns funcionários de um lado para outro e detalhe...sem atender ninguém, eu era o único cliente. Até quando fui novamente na recepção e questionei o atendimento, mesmo assim nenhum dos dois se propôs a me ajudar e continuaram a conversar. Difícil, foi a primeira e última vez na loja.
 Could be better! When I arrived there were two employees talking at the reception and asked to wait for the saleswoman who was busy; more than 15 minutes passed and no one answered me, but I watched some employees from side to side and detail ... without answering anyone, I was the only customer. Even when I went back to the reception and questioned the service, even so neither of them proposed to help me and they continued to talk. Difficult, it was the first and last time in the store.
