Além de que eu não tinha encontrado em canto os produtos que comprei com eles, só achava na internet.
Excellent service, super fast delivery, quality product and fair price. Everything we would like to find in a serious and committed company with the client I found here. I highly recommend it!
Besides that I hadn't found the products I bought with them in the corner, I only found them on the internet.

Ample parking, quantity of sellers meets demand, high quality products. The only reason it didn't receive 5 stars is because there's no way to compare prices with a comparable competitor.

Porque?
No início do ano fui na loja comprar algumas portas e acabei não comprando pelo mau atendimento e de não ter o valor nos produtos do mostruário, cansei de esperar por atendimento e fui embora.
Senhor gerente, responsável pela loja, mês passado estive na loja a procura de kit porta de correr e hoje estive na loja novamente para comprar puxador e não é que sai de lá sem comprar novamente. Produtos no mostruário sem preços e atendimento omisso, sem contar que todos os puxadores que perguntei a atendente estava indisponível e a mesma parecia que não estava preocupada em ajudar-me.
Antes de deixar este relato, estive na loja por várias vezes e o atendimento foi o mesmo, por isso acredito que não seja algo incomum.

Preço - Não sei, não tem preço visível e ao perguntar o produto está indisponível.
Atendimento - Péssimo

Showcase, many options and varieties for all tastes. But my experience was not the best, I thought the service was terrible.
Why?
At the beginning of the year I went to the store to buy some doors and ended up not buying because of poor service and not having the value in the showcase products, I got tired of waiting for service and left.
Mr. Manager, responsible for the store, last month I was in the store looking for a sliding door kit and today I was in the store again to buy a handle and it's not like I leave without buying it again. Products in the showcase without prices and missing service, not to mention that all the handles I asked the attendant were unavailable and she seemed not to be concerned about helping me.
Before leaving this report, I was at the store several times and the service was the same, so I believe this is not uncommon.

Varieties - OK
Price - I don't know, there is no visible price and when asking, the product is unavailable.
Service - Terrible
Would you indicate the store?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provavelmente a maior loja do ramo na região. Mas o atendimento não sei se existe pior. Os funcionários parecem precisar de uma reciclagem. Nota 0 neste quesito.
Probably the biggest store in the business in the region. But the service I don't know if there is any worse. Staff seem to need a refresher. Note 0 in this question.
