O ponto negativo fica para o acesso de veículos do condomínio, que tem um poste (isso mesmo um "poste"), bem na entrada e saída de veículos, que pode ocasionar acidentes, e também o tipo de abertura do portão que foi colocado, nessa mesma entrada e saída de veículos.
