★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom condomínio para se morar. Mas peca pela distância da portaria até os edifícios, garagem muito pouco manobravel e a piscina fica entre as duas torres (pegando assim muito pouco sol no dia)
 Good condo to live. But sin by the distance from the concierge to the buildings, very little maneuverable garage and the pool is between the two towers (thus catching very little sun in the day)

O apartamento não conheci por completo, mas possui um espaço bem distribuído nas salas e cozinha.
Easy access, polite staff with clean and organized common areas.
The apartment I did not know completely, but has a well distributed space in the living rooms and kitchen.

São várias Torres bem distribuídas em uma área enorme.
Tem várias áreas comuns para uso dos condôminos, com estacionamento, salão de festa, piscinas, campo de futebol e 9utros mais.

There are several Towers well distributed in a huge area.

Foi fácil pra ele colocar na conta do morador uma peça do elevador que pode ter sido superfaturada pelo morador não ter o direito de saber o que aconteceu com a peça, ter um relatório da Atlas que falou que iria responder o email se o síndico pedisse mas o mesmo não quis. E nem o seguro do condomínio quis usar...
Great condo but bad landlord. It was easy for him to put a part of the elevator on the resident's account that may have been overpriced because the resident did not have the right to know what happened to the part, to have a report from Atlas that said he would respond to the email if the manager asked but the same did not want. And not even the condo insurance wanted to use it...
