★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive ontem (17/03/2019) com minha família e gostamos muito do ambiente e, principalmente, dos produtos/sorvetes. Apenas uma observação: precisa aparecer o preço do produto na "tara" da balança quando o copinho do sorvete é pesado. Estava zerado. (Flávio Silva / Valinhos-SP)
 I was there yesterday (03/17/2019) with my family and we really enjoyed the environment and especially the products / ice cream. Just a note: the price of the product must appear on the "tare" of the scale when the ice cream cup is heavy. It was reset. (Flávio Silva / Valinhos-SP)

Pistachio and mascorpone ice cream with amarena are delicious! There you are very well received, all the staff are very friendly and attentive, making the experience of tasting a much better authentic gelatto. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci esta nova casa em 25-11-2018. Já conhecia a sorveteria mas em outro endereço, agora ela mudou pra um endereço mais central ,numa loja maior que oferece também cafés e outras guloseimas.
Localizada em Vinhedo-SP , trata-se de um sorveteria artesanal excelente em todos os aspectos (atendimento,qualidade do produto,limpeza).
A casa oferece sabores diferenciados, além dos Ja tradicionalmente conhecidos.
O dono,uma simpatia, recepciona pessoalmente os clientes e faz questão de oferecer provas de suas guloseimas.
Muito bom,recomendo e pretendo voltar.Parabéns.
I met this new house on 11/25/2018. I already knew the ice cream shop but at another address, now it has moved to a more central address, in a larger store that also offers coffees and other goodies.
Located in Vinhedo-SP, this is an excellent artisanal ice cream shop in all aspects (service, product quality, cleanliness).
The house offers differentiated flavors, in addition to the traditionally known Ja.
The owner, a friend, personally welcomes customers and makes a point of offering proof of his treats.
Very good, I recommend it and I intend to go back. Congratulations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sorvete é maravilhoso, mas colocaram uma nova funcionária que não sabe ainda lidar com o sorvete. Já é a segunda vez que vou e ficam espaços vazios no pote (isso ocorre quando peço dois sabores). A funcionária fica sozinha e ninguém monitora a qualidade da preparação dos gelatos. Acho que se alguém treinasse ela isso não ocorreria. Me decepcionei pois paguei um tamanho de gelato e não foi isso que me entregaram, já que ficaram vários espaços vazios dentro do pote.
Da até desânimo de voltar! Espero que treinem ela.
The ice cream is wonderful, but they put in a new employee who doesn't know how to deal with the ice cream yet. It is the second time that I go and empty spaces remain in the pot (this occurs when I ask for two flavors). The employee is left alone and no one monitors the quality of the gelato preparation. I think if someone trained her it wouldn't happen. I was disappointed because I paid for a size of gelato and that was not what I was given, since there were several empty spaces inside the jar.
It gives up discouragement to return! I hope you train her.
