Busquei mobilia para meu escritório em mais de 10 lojas e quando vi a Vero, foi amor a primeira vista.
A vendedora Aline, é a mais the Best das vendedoras.
Foi muito prestativa, eficiente e superou minhas expectativas com o projeto.
E o mais legal, entregaram antes do prazo mencionado
Agora tive um Problema com algumas mesas por conta de água e mais uma vez a loja e principalmente a Aline, foram eficazes na solução.

The store is sensational.
I looked for furniture for my office in more than 10 stores and when I saw Vero, it was love at first sight.
The seller Aline is the best of the sellers.
She was very helpful, efficient and exceeded my expectations with the project.
And the coolest thing, they delivered it before the mentioned deadline.
Now I had a problem with some tables due to water and once again the store and especially Aline, were effective in the solution.
I highly recommend

I wish I had seen their profile on Reclame Aqui before buying! Many complaints similar to mine: late delivery, they stop responding to the communication channels, they don't give satisfaction. Social media and photos are deceiving!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma mesinha linda. A entrega é demorada, mas dentro do prazo previsto. O móvel vem super bem embalado, é da fácil montagem e ainda vem com a chave de fenda, caso você não tenha. Achei esse detalhe super atencioso. ;)
I bought a beautiful little table. Delivery takes time, but within the expected time. The furniture comes very well packaged, is easy to assemble and even comes with a screwdriver, in case you don't have it. I found this detail super thoughtful. ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi terrível. Atrasaram muitos dias além do prazo combinado, não me davam visibilidade nenhuma do produto e é o atendimento era terrível. Quando finalmente o produto chegou, veio com peças erradas, que prejudicou a montagem do móvel.
My experience was terrible. They were delayed many days beyond the agreed deadline, they didn't give me any visibility of the product and the service was terrible. When the product finally arrived, it came with the wrong parts, which hampered the assembly of the furniture.

Realizei uma compra que tinha um prazo de 11 dias úteis para a entrega de uma escrivaninha, que eu faria a retirada na loja. Se eu não fosse atrás, não descobriria que o produto atrasaria. Na semana passada, fui informado que a loja havia sido assaltada e haviam perdido os celulares com os contatos dos clientes, sendo que meus contatos estão no CRM do site da empresa. Hoje, mais uma vez fui pedir um status, porque na semana anterior fui informado que receberia o produto entre 4 e 5 de abril e o que tive que ouvir? Que meu produto saiu da fábrica e que "chegaria essa semana ainda", mas sem uma previsão.
Me sinto tratado como se não tivesse valor nenhum como cliente. Ninguém tenta resolver meu problema ou simplesmente me conta o status do meu pedido. Será que é porque é uma escrivaninha com ticket baixo? Tenho que gastar milhares de reais pra ser visto como um bom cliente?
O que chateia mais é que é uma marca que eu já comprei, admiro, mas que parece que neste caso não está buscando se esforçar em ajudar o cliente em receber a mercadoria que comprou.
I am deeply disappointed in Veromobili's service with my purchase (which is still in progress).
I made a purchase that had a deadline of 11 working days for the delivery of a desk, which I would pick up at the store. If I didn't go after it, I wouldn't find out that the product would be late. Last week, I was informed that the store had been robbed and the cell phones with the customer's contacts had been lost, and my contacts are in the CRM on the company's website. Today, once again I went to ask for a status, because the week before I was informed that I would receive the product between April 4th and 5th and what did I have to hear? That my product left the factory and that it would "arrive this week", but without a forecast.
I feel treated like I have no value as a customer. No one tries to solve my problem or simply tells me the status of my order. Is it because it's a desk with a low ticket? Do I have to spend thousands of reais to be seen as a good customer?
What bothers me the most is that it's a brand that I've already bought, I admire, but it seems that in this case it's not trying to make an effort to help the customer receive the goods they've purchased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em agosto realizei a compra de um rack e uma mesinha de apoio em nome de Annie Karoline, até então estava tudo certo; como mudamos de casa em Agosto, tínhamos uma certa urgência na entrega dos produtos, pois nossa tv estava no chão e temos uma bebê - a empresa nos garantiu que não haveria atraso do prazo estipulado no site. Decorrido o prazo, não recebemos nada!
A Vero não se deu nem ao trabalho de avisar que atrasaria, questionamos a loja e nos garantiram que os móveis seriam entregues uma semana depois, MAIS UMA VEZ o prazo decorreu e nada do produto; voltamos a questionar a loja, falaram que o produto já estava com a transportadora e nos enviaram um código de rastreio, porém, quando acessamos o site não constava nada - posteriormente, descobrimos que o produto nem tinha sido postado e enviaram um código de rastreio ALEATÓRIO - um ABSURDO - e quando finalmente postaram (no início de dezembro) enviaram somente a rack, alegando que a mesa de apoio tinha sido extraviada e que demoraria mais 1 mês para o seu envio.
Aguardamos mais uma vez a promessa da loja; a mesa chegou com 2 meses de atraso e veio - pasmem - QUEBRADA! Falaram que iam mandar a transportadora retirar e que viria um nova no mesmo dia, pois bem, mais uma promessa furada, vieram somente realizar a retirada. Agora notifiquei a empresa que quero o estorno do valor da mesa, pois não tenho mais nenhum interesse em nenhum produto da loja, em razão de tamanha dor de cabeça que a Vero nos causou, e até agora a empresa não me deu retorno. Não vou aceitar o produto, caso encaminhem após essa msg. Quero o meu ESTORNO, o mais rápido possível. Não indico a loja para ninguém. Pós-venda de vocês é totalmente antiprofissional. Irei tomar as devidas providências junto com o PROCON
In August I purchased a rack and a side table in the name of Annie Karoline, so far everything was ok; as we moved house in August, we had a certain urgency in the delivery of the products, because our tv was on the floor and we have a baby - the company assured us that there would be no delay in the deadline stipulated on the website. After the deadline, we received nothing!
Vero didn't even bother to let us know that it would be late, we questioned the store and they assured us that the furniture would be delivered a week later, ONCE AGAIN the deadline passed and nothing from the product; we asked the store again, they said that the product was already with the carrier and they sent us a tracking code, however, when we accessed the website nothing was found - later, we discovered that the product had not even been posted and they sent a RANDOM tracking code - an ABSURD - and when they finally posted (at the beginning of December) they sent only the rack, claiming that the side table had been lost and that it would take another month to send it.
We await the store's promise once again; the table arrived 2 months late and came - amazing - BROKEN! They said they were going to send the carrier to pick it up and that a new one would come on the same day, well, another broken promise, they just came to pick it up. Now I have notified the company that I want a refund of the table value, as I am no longer interested in any product from the store, due to such a headache that Vero has caused us, and so far the company has not given me a return. I will not accept the product if they send it after this message. I want my REFUND ASAP. I don't recommend the store to anyone. Your after-sales service is totally unprofessional. I will take the necessary measures together with PROCON

I loved the desk, the product arrived well packaged and we noticed the care and affection with everything from the beginning. The tool that came with it helped a lot with the assembly and I liked the reusable bag.
The table is beautiful and the size I was looking for.
