★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou empresário e contador, apesar de não exercer a função de contador no dia a dia, mas durante o período em que estive com a Vers tive problemas de cálculos de impostos e de antendimento. Se eu não tivesse controles paralelos estaria pagando impostos errados e com problemas junto ao fisco. E, desde dezembro de 2020, solicitei o cancelamento do contrato e até o momento não me entregaram as demonstrações, ou melhor, entregaram, mas com erros grosseiros e, até o momento, coninuo sem ter o balanço correto, mesmo após quatro meses de ter cancelado o contrato. Sem atendimento e sem respostas.
I am a businessman and an accountant, although I do not work as an accountant on a daily basis, but during the period I was with Vers I had problems with tax calculations and income. If I didn't have parallel controls I would be paying the wrong taxes and having problems with the tax authorities. And, since December 2020, I requested the cancellation of the contract and so far they have not delivered the statements, or rather, they have delivered, but with gross errors and, until now, I am still without having the correct balance, even after four months of having the contract was canceled. No service and no answers.
