★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra vender e rápido demais, foi tudo perfeito, atendimento, promessa, etc. Fiz um pedido de uma persiana com eles, não entregaram o produto no prazo, ficam só enrolando e nada se resolve, agora tá se escondendo pra não devolver o dinheiro que já dei, eu ligo pra eles o rapaz desliga, mando mensagem não responde, antes de contratar o serviço com eles não paguem nada antecipado.
To sell and too fast, everything was perfect, service, promise, etc. I made an order for a blind with them, they didn't deliver the product on time, they just roll up and nothing is resolved, now they're hiding to not return the money I already gave, I call them the guy hangs up, I send a message, before contracting the service with them, do not pay anything in advance.

Cortina Instalada em novembro/ 2021. Obs: o defeito foi reportado duas vezes. REAVALIANDO: diminuo para duas estrelas. Logo após a primeira postagem, o funcionário terceirizado da empresa, através do wpp, afirmou que viria no dia seguinte, dia 08/01/2022, para reparar o defeito. Porém não compareceu, tampouco entrou mais em contato. Total falta de zelo e comprometimento com o cliente.
The owner, even after being informed of a defect in the curtain, shortly after installation, and stating that it would solve it, has not repaired it to date. Curtain Installed in November/ 2021. Note: the defect was reported twice. RE-EVALUATION: Downgraded to two stars. Soon after the first post, the company's outsourced employee, through wpp, stated that he would come the next day, 01/08/2022, to repair the defect. However, he did not attend, nor did he make any further contact. Total lack of zeal and commitment to the customer.
