★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente sequer tivemos a oportunidade de ter uma boa experiência, já que a atendente além de ter ignorado a nossa presença, mesmo com o restaurante não estando cheio (mais da metade de lugares disponíveis), não ter nos cumprimentado e sequer respondido ao nosso cumprimento, largou os cardápios sobre a mesa sem dizer absolutamente nada e se retirou. Foi extremamente constrangedor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha, adoro a Livraria da Travessa!! Essa de Botafogo já deixou a desejar algumas vezes. Quando estava grávida procurando livros do tema perguntei no Caixa, logo que cheguei, onde era a seção que eu queria um livro e no entanto, ao voltar, o rapaz já tinha fechado o caixa e não se deu ao trabalho de ir me perguntar ou avisar a quem estava por ali queainda precisaria do guichê. Resultado: não pude comprar o meu livro e ele me negou deixar separado para eu ter a oportunidade de compra-lo no dia seguinte já que ele não me deu neste dia. E ele era o último exemplar!!! Acho que este homem, careca, era o gerente ou estava no lugar dele.
Na área infantil tinha uma moça com má vontade algumas vezes...
Na parte do Café já fui bem mal atendida. Não sei se é separado, acredito que sim, mas garçons sem vontade de atender e atender bem o cliente. Se dependesse deles venderiam muito menos pra mim e minha família. A sorte é que eu gosto de uma comida bem feita e acho esse um ponto positivo do local e, gosto que a minha família coma bem também e adapto muito facilmente tirando ingredientes e eles comem. Se dependesse dos garçons isso não aconteceria.
O Caixa é sempre com muito bate-papo que o cliente é um coadjuvante ali.
Já a Travessa do Leblon eu acho melhor.

Result: I couldn't buy my book and he refused to leave it separate so I could have the opportunity to buy it the next day since he didn't give it to me that day. And he was the last copy!!! I think this bald man was the manager or was in his place.
In the children's area there was a girl with ill will sometimes...
In the cafe part, I was already very poorly attended. I don't know if it's separate, I believe so, but waiters unwilling to serve and serve the customer well. If it was up to them, they would sell much less to me and my family. Luckily, I like good food and I think that's a positive point of the place, and I like my family to eat well too and I adapt very easily by taking out ingredients and they eat. If it was up to the waiters this wouldn't happen.
The Cashier is always with a lot of chatting that the customer is a supporting player there.
I think the Travessa do Leblon is better.
