Fiz uma compra dia 24/11/20 e não reparei q uma delas estava descosturara no cos... levei a peça na loja dia 4/12/20 para consertar e falaram que poderia levar até 30 dias devido ao período de Natal. Retornei a loja meados de janeiro, a peça não estava pronta, falaram que ligariam assim q a peça chegasse a loja. Em fevereiro retornei, falaram a mesma coisa.... Hoje e dia 8/3/21 e até agora aguardo pela peça...
NÃO RECOMENDO A VERVE!! Qd vc vai comprar são muito gentis, mas péssimas no pós venda!!!
Bad experience !!! I made a purchase on 11/24/20 and did not notice that one of them was untied in the cos ... I took the piece to the store on 4/12/20 to fix it and said that it could take up to 30 days due to the Christmas period. I returned to the store mid-January, the piece was not ready, they said they would call as soon as the piece arrived at the store. In February I returned, they said the same thing .... Today and the 8/3/21 and until now I am waiting for the play ...
DO NOT RECOMMEND VERVE !! When you go to buy they are very kind, but lousy after sales !!!
