★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo o atendimento do caixa, a forma como tratam as clientes é péssimo. Você compra uma peça que não dá para provar e simplesmente eles não trocam modelo se caso você não queira o vestido, me decepcionei com essa loja, tudo que postam no Instagram não passam de mentiras, são mega ignorantes na questão de tratar as clientes. Não indico essa loja pra ninguém.
The cashier service is terrible, the way they treat customers is terrible. You buy a piece that you can't try on and they simply don't change the model if you don't want the dress, I was disappointed with this store, everything they post on Instagram is nothing but lies, they are mega ignorant in the matter of treating customers. I don't recommend this store to anyone.

Inclusive, uma funcionária que infelizmente não guardei o nome, foi extremamente discriminatória (gordofobia) com minha filha, que ao pedir um vestido de tamanho maior, além dela demostrar muita má vontade e não pegar, ainda desfez do corpo da minha filha. Minha filha saiu de lá extremamente triste, se segurou para não chorar na rua, eu vi as lágrimas nos olhos dela e entrou em depressão; além de não querer mais procurar vestido em nenhum outro lugar para ir a minha festa de colação de grau. Fiquei estarrecida!
Poor service from female employees. In fact, an employee who unfortunately did not keep her name was extremely discriminatory (fat phobia) with my daughter, who, when asking for a dress with a larger size, in addition to showing a lot of unwillingness and not taking it, even discarded my daughter's body. My daughter left there extremely sad, she held back so she wouldn't cry in the street, I saw the tears in her eyes and she got depressed; besides not wanting to look for dress anywhere else to go to my graduation party. I was appalled!
