Eu, particularmente, posso afirmar que não largo mais minhas aulas, pois tive resultados incríveis para minha saúde (corpo e mente), além de adorar praticar. E o melhor lugar para fazer essa atividade é, sem dúvida, no Vestfalia Pilates. Super recomendo.
A wonderful and very pleasant environment to make classes, diversified equipment and very attentive and competent teachers. I, in particular, can say that I no longer drop my classes because I had incredible results for my health (body and mind), and I love to practice. And the best place to do this activity is undoubtedly at Vestfalia Pilates. Super recommend it.
