★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de mais nada, saibam que a clínica NÃO faz atendimentos que não são agendas, pois já tive que levar um dos meus cachorros em outro lugar numa situação de urgência.
Eu costumava levar meus cachorros na Dra. Fernanda, que infelizmente mudou-se de Campinas e não atende mais lá. :( E foi por isso que criei um certo vínculo com essa clínica. Acabei continuando a levá-los lá com outra veterinária (eles tem mais de uma, sempre varia conforme o dia ou horário), infelizmente não tão boa quanto a Dra. Fernanda.
Pois bem, na semana retrasada, agendei consulta para 2 cachorros que adotei da rua para avaliação, vacina e agendamento de castração. Chegado o dia, passada mais de meia hora do horário agendado, fui informado pela veterinária de plantão que ela "atrasaria muito", pois ainda teria que fazer um ultrassom no paciente que estava atendendo, sem dar previsão de quanto tempo, apenas que "muito" e num tom de "desiste, cara".
Achei isso extremamente desrespeitoso, pois, como eu disse, até onde eu sabia até aquele momento, eles não realizam consultas de urgência, somente programadas, de modo que, para os animais que eles se dispõe a atender, um exame de urgência desses não tem cabimento. Repito que eu mesmo já tive que levar um dos meus cachorros em outro serviço para que fosse atendido, apesar de acompanhá-lo sempre lá.
Azar o meu que tive que procurar outro profissional, mas também azar o deles, que perderam não apenas a consulta de 2 cães, como também com vacinas, exames e cirurgias.
Não recomento. A não ser que a Dra. Fernanda retorne.

I ended up continuing to take them there with another vet (they have more than one, it always varies according to the day or time), unfortunately not as good as Dr. Fernanda .
Well, last week, I made an appointment for 2 dogs that I adopted from the street for evaluation, vaccination and spaying. The day arrived, after more than half an hour of the scheduled time, I was informed by the veterinarian on duty that she "would be very late", as she would still have to do an ultrasound on the patient she was attending, without giving a prediction of how long, just that "much "and in a tone of" give up, man ".
I found this extremely disrespectful, because, as I said, as far as I knew until that moment, they do not carry out emergency consultations, only scheduled, so that, for the animals they are willing to attend, such an urgent examination does not have fit. I repeat that I myself had to take one of my dogs to another service so that he could be attended to, despite always accompanying him there.
My bad luck I had to look for another professional, but also their bad luck, who lost not only the consultation of 2 dogs, but also vaccines, exams and surgeries.
I don't recommend it. Unless Dr. Fernanda returns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo muito a Vet Care. O cuidado e atenção que o Cleber e todo time dele têm com nossos peludos é excepcional. Eles voltam do banho e tosa, lindos, cheirosos e principalmente relaxados. A Kika dorme a tarde inteira após os cuidados recebidos. Pode confiar!
I highly recommend Vet Care. The care and attention that Cleber and his entire team have with our furry ones is exceptional. They come back from the bath and groom, beautiful, smelling and mostly relaxed. Kika sleeps the whole afternoon after the care received. You can trust!

Cleber é muito atencioso e carinhoso com os animais!! Eu como dona, também sempre fui muito bem tratada por todos os funcionários. Super recomendo.
Take my canine daughters in Vet Care for over 10 years, all have always been very well handled, including and especially when required any special care. Cleber is very attentive and affectionate with animals !! I, as owner, have always been treated very well by all employees. I highly recommend it.

Funcionários muito cuidadosos, veterinária ótima e acumpulturista de qualidade. Utilizamos sempre o serviço de hotel para pets.
O dono, Cleber, é incrível e a única pessoa que o Tóbi gosta no mundo.

Very careful staff, great veterinarian and quality acupulturist. We always use the hotel service for pets.
The owner, Cleber, is incredible and the only person that Tóbi likes in the world.
He always comes home with a smile and fun outfits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom! Tenho uma golden e ela volta linda e perfumada do banho. Quando o rapaz chega para pegar ela em casa, ela vai toda feliz. Quando precisou tosar e usar shampoo especial para o problema de pele dela, eu gostei muito.
Very good! I have a golden and she comes back beautiful and fragrant from the bath. When the boy arrives to pick her up at home, she goes all happy. When she needed to shave and use special shampoo for her skin problem, I really liked it.
