Após solicitar um orçamento de exames (2 guias), orçamento esse que tive cuidado de enviar fotos para não haver erro, obtive uma resposta e posteriormente corrigido o valor . Agendei e chegando no local o valor era quase o dobro e somente de uma guia de solicitação. Depois recebo um áudio justificando que a veterinária de plantão passou a informação errada e que não agiram de má fe.
Certamente se não foi de má fé foi pura incompetência, se a veterinária passou informação errada e me fez perder um dia para o diagnóstico que é o mais demorado de Belém (pesquisei após esse ocorrido) imagina um atendimento dessa profissional.
Obs: não realizei o exame nesse estabelecimento.
Terrible !!!!
After requesting an exam budget (2 guides), I was careful to send photos so there would be no error, I got an answer and later corrected the amount. I booked and arriving at the place the value was almost double and only a request guide. Then I receive an audio justifying that the veterinarian on duty gave the wrong information and that they did not act badly.
Certainly if it was not in bad faith it was pure incompetence, if the veterinarian gave wrong information and made me miss a day for the diagnosis that is the longest in Belém (I researched after this event) imagine a service from this professional.
Note: I did not perform the exam in this establishment.

Meu pet foi melhor tratado do que eu em vários laboratórios de “gente”. Em Belém (e no Pará) padecemos com a falta de lugares assim. Super recomendo!
Excellent service! Speed, professionalism, humanity, comfort, organization, great facilities. Veterinarian Késia is a wonderful professional, like I've never seen her. My pet was better treated than I was in several "people" laboratories. In Belém (and Pará) we suffer from the lack of places like that. Super recommend!
