★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho 16 cachorros,adotados de maus tratos.E sempre que algum deles precisa de algum procedimento cirúrgico, procuro a Clínica Veterinária Vet Service.Conheço a Clínica hà 6 anos e meus animais são muito bem tratados por toda equipe. Dr.Eugênio, excelente cirurgião, já salvou 6 dos meus idosos,com cirurgias de risco.O último idoso,teve uma complicação na pré -anestesia,devido a idade avançada, mas Dr.Bruno,conseguiu prontamente reverter o quadro de arritmia imediatamente identificado com toda cautela,foi interrompido o procedimento.Ele ficou todo o tempo internado sem nenhum custo.Dr.Eugênio e Dr.Bruno foram extremamente, cautelosos nos pedidos de exames e nada foi constado que impedisse o procedimento cirúrgico, mas graças a competência dos dois,suspenderam a cirurgia a tempo,pois animais idosos podem apresentar complicações inesperadas.Ele ficou internado até acordar,sendo assistido pelos dois e Dr.Eugênio. Me manteve todo o tempo informada sobre estado dele.Não foi me cobrado nada.Quanto as outras cirurgias,foram sempre muito bem sucedidas.Antes de qualquer procedimento cirúrgico com qualquer um dos meus idosinhos, tanto Dr.Eugênio, quanto Dr.Bruno,fazem uma avaliação minuciosa e me passam muita confiança.
I have 16 dogs that have been abused. And whenever one of them needs a surgical procedure, I look for the Vet Service Veterinary Clinic. I have known the Clinic for 6 years and my animals are very well treated by the entire team. Dr.Eugênio, an excellent surgeon, has already saved 6 of my elderly people, with risky surgeries. The last elderly person had a pre-anesthesia complication due to advanced age, but Dr.Bruno was able to promptly reverse the arrhythmia condition immediately identified. with all caution, the procedure was interrupted. He was hospitalized the entire time without any cost. Dr. Eugênio and Dr. Bruno were extremely cautious in ordering tests and nothing was found to prevent the surgical procedure, but thanks to the competence of both , they suspended the surgery in time, because elderly animals can present unexpected complications. He was hospitalized until he woke up, being assisted by the two and Dr. Eugênio. He kept me informed about his condition all the time. I was not charged anything. As for the other surgeries, they were always very successful. a thorough evaluation and they give me a lot of confidence.

Conta com equipe de especialistas e tem setor de internação com estrutura maravilhosa, separação entre cão e gato visando não estressar os animais internados. A clínica também oferece a vantagem de realizar hemograma e bioquímica lá mesmo, o que facilita muito o atendimento de emergência.
I highly recommend!! The doctors are very competent and loving with the pets, the reception also leaves nothing to be desired in the treatment of the client. It has a team of specialists and has an inpatient sector with a wonderful structure, separation between dog and cat in order not to stress the hospitalized animals. The clinic also offers the advantage of performing a blood count and biochemistry on site, which makes emergency care much easier.

Após duas internações na clínica para diagnosticar a motivação de vômitos eventuais, foi recomendado pela equipe a realização de endoscopia. Concordamos, pois acreditávamos que se tratava de uma equipe ética e experiente neste procedimento. Finalizada a endoscopia, nossa cachorrinha teve alta para casa e ao chegar observamos uma respiração diferenciada. De imediato, acionamos por telefone uma das veterinárias da clínica que alegou ser normal o que estava acontecendo. No entanto, em poucos minutos o quadro piorou, ela começou a ficar roxa e de imediato corremos com ela de volta para a clínica. Ainda retornei à clínica meia hora depois dela ter sido deixada para saber o estado dela e foi dito pela plantonista que havia melhorado, que havia levantado a cabecinha e que inclusive tinham controlado a hipoglicemia (como assim se ela havia sido liberada para casa após o procedimento?). Poucas horas depois nos devolveram o corpinho dela já sem vida. Após 21 dias da sua inexplicável partida, até hoje não deram qualquer satisfação à família sobre o que efetivamente ocorreu. Possivelmente, houve complicação proveniente da endoscopia, pois o desconforto respiratório começou minutos após ser liberada para casa e provavelmente não avaliaram com precisão os sinais vitais dela antes da liberação. Sequer a veterinária gastro e o anestesista envolvidos no procedimento se prontificaram em prestar esclarecimentos à família e tampouco o restante do corpo técnico, incluindo o proprietário/responsável técnico, a plantonista que entregou o corpinho sem vida, a supervisão e a veterinária que jurou que em alguns dias daria um retorno mas até hoje nada. Para a clínica foi menos um animal qualquer, para a nossa família um buraco negro em nossos corações. Nossas vidas estão dilaceradas por essa perda inexplicável.
Detalhe, ao final da endoscopia a veterinária gastro cobrou um valor significativamente maior que o orçamento passado anteriormente.
A Justiça Divina atuará diante da atrocidade cometida com nosso anjo e da indiferença com o caso.

After two hospitalizations at the clinic to diagnose the reason for occasional vomiting, the team recommended an endoscopy. We agreed, as we believed that it was an ethical and experienced team in this procedure. Finished the endoscopy, our puppy was discharged home and upon arrival we observed a different breathing. Immediately, we called one of the clinic's veterinarians by phone, who claimed that what was happening was normal. However, in a few minutes the condition worsened, she started to turn purple and we immediately ran with her back to the clinic. I still returned to the clinic half an hour after she was dropped off to check on her condition and was told by the on-call nurse that she had improved, that she had raised her head and that they had even controlled her hypoglycemia (as if she had been released home after the procedure ?) A few hours later, her lifeless body was returned to us. After 21 days of his inexplicable departure, until today they have not given any satisfaction to the family about what actually happened. Possibly, there was a complication from the endoscopy, as the respiratory distress started minutes after being released home and they probably did not accurately assess her vital signs before release. Not even the gastro veterinarian and the anesthesiologist involved in the procedure were ready to provide clarification to the family and neither did the rest of the technical staff, including the owner/technician responsible, the on-call doctor who delivered the lifeless body, the supervision and the veterinarian who swore that in a few days it would give a return but until today nothing. For the clinic it was one less animal, for our family a black hole in our hearts. Our lives are torn apart by this inexplicable loss.
In detail, at the end of the endoscopy, the gastro veterinarian charged a significantly higher amount than the budget spent previously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura da clínica é ótima, salas de espera diferentes para gatos e cachorros, a higiene muito boa, os atendentes sempre foram educados, os veterinários então nem se fala.
Eu e meu marido encontramos uma gatinha na nossa garagem, como moramos na beira da rua, pensávamos ter sido atropelada, ela não andava, parecia estar com o quadril quebrado, mas após exames descobrimos que foi alvo de maus tratos, então começamos a procurar um profissional que aceitasse fazer sua cirurgia, que não seria fácil e nem barata, como não foi, então após algumas consultas com alguns veterinários ortopedista o Dr. Marcos Felipe aceitou opera-la e deu tudo certo graças a Deus, ela ainda está se recuperando, mais hoje, anda, corre, pula e leva uma vida normal, algo que nem achamos que seria possível. Na clínica ela já foi atendida algumas vezes pela Dr. Lara que também é fora de sério, atenciosa e muito carinhosa com a Leona! Obrigada pelo profissionalismo de toda a equipe.

My husband and I found a kitten in our garage, as we live on the side of the street, we thought we had been run over, she was not walking, she seemed to have a broken hip, but after examinations we found that she had been abused, so we started to look for one. professional who accepted to have her surgery, which would not be easy or cheap, as it was not, so after some consultations with some orthopedic veterinarians, Dr. Marcos Felipe agreed to operate on her and everything worked out, thank God, she is still recovering, but today, he walks, runs, jumps and leads a normal life, something we didn't even think would be possible. At the clinic, she has been seen a few times by Dr. Lara who is also out of it, caring and very affectionate with Leona! Thank you for the professionalism of the entire team.

Temos um vira lata branco, o Bacana, com um problema que não conseguia ser identificado, fiquei tentando por quase 3 anos achar o diagnóstico para lhe dar o melhor tratamento. Tentei diversos tratamentos caros, banhos… nada resolvia! Muita angústia de ver o bichinho se coçando e abrindo feridas, com pavor de banho, reclamando de tomar um monte de remédios…
Dr. Ary Dutra resolveu rapidamente. Estamos ainda em tratamento e ele está ótimo!!!
Parece um sonho!!! Sou muito grata! Muito mesmo!

I tried several expensive treatments, baths… nothing solved! A lot of anguish to see the little animal scratching itself and opening wounds, terrified of a bath, complaining about taking a lot of medicine...
