★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o agendamento por telefone para realizar um ecocardiograma!Foi feito um eletrocardiograma, minha cachorrinha precisava fazer o ECO para realizar a cirurgia com urgência!!!Foi informado o valor de R$120,00 com a Presença da guia O PEDIDO DO MÉDICO!! EU APRESENTEI A GUIA !!
Após retornar da consulta informei a eles o ocorrido pelo WhatsApp! Foi informado que seria passado ao setor administrativo e me retornaria ! Eu que tive que me posicionar e perguntar qual posição o setor administrativo teria . Sendo que a resposta foi que EU pedi um Eletro ?♀️SENDO QUE MOSTREI O PEDIDO NA RECEPÇÃO!!!!
O QUE FOI PROPOSTO ELES INDICAR UMA CLINICA QUE FAZ O EXAME EM SUZANO ?MUITOO PROFISSIONAL DA PARTE DELES!!!!
SE FOREM A CLINICA ALÉM DE LEVAR REPELENTE DEVIDO A VARIOS PERNILONGOS QUE JA TE RECEPCIONA AO SAIR DO CARRO E DENTRO DA CLINICA ,GRAVE UM VIDEO DO COMEÇO AO FINAL DO PROCEDIMENTO FEITO!!!!PARA NAO SAIR COMO O ERRADO DA HISTÓRIA!!!
ISSO TUDO SERIA EVITADO SE A RECEPÇÃO TIVESSE PRESTADO ATENCAO NA GUIA !!!
MAIS PELO OCORRIDO JA SE TEM IDEIA DO PROFISSIONALISMO DESSA CLINICA QUE NEM NA FRENTE PASSO MAIS !

I had to take a stand and ask what position the administrative sector would have. The answer was that I asked for an Electro ?♀️WHEN I SHOWED THE ORDER AT THE RECEPTION!!!!
WHAT IT WAS PROPOSED THAT THEY INDICATE A CLINIC THAT DOES THE EXAM IN SUZANO ? VERY PROFESSIONAL OF THEM!!!!
IF YOU GO TO THE CLINIC IN ADDITION TO BRINGING REPELLENT DUE TO SEVERAL LEGS THAT ALREADY RECEPT YOU WHEN LEAVING THE CAR AND INSIDE THE CLINIC, RECORD A VIDEO FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END OF THE PROCEDURE DONE!!!!TO NOT GO OUT LIKE THE WRONG STORY!!!
THIS ALL WOULD BE AVOIDED IF THE RECEPTION HAD PAID ATTENTION TO THE GUIDE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepção péssimo atendimento. Não passa as informações necessárias esperou a castração terminar para me informar que não tinha roupa cirurgica. Minhas gatas saíram com os pontos abertos sem a roupa cirurgica. Única coisa boa foi o atendimento da veterinária. Pq o resto. NÃO INDICO

Sempre levo meus gatinhos lá.. e meu último neném foi encontrado na rua.. com alguns problemas de saúde, mas levamos ele no VetDr e estão cuidando muito bem dele. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi levar meu gato algodão pra fazer exame de sangue para castra,foi bem atendida ate o algodão ficou calmo kkk ele vai castra dia 11/05 e deu todas as informações necessárias pra mim ficar tranquilo espero que ocorra tudo bem na castração foi me senti confortável e confiante. Deus está no controle dará tudo certo amo meu algodão. Crio que ele será bem cuidado lá.
