Eles buscam alternativas para nos auxiliar, o que nos ajuda e muito. São ótimas pessoas e realmente comprometidas com o trabalho que desempenham. Somente posso fazer elogio a todos e os recomendo tecnicamente .
 Excelent reception! Dr. Luciana is very competent and very delicate. Regarding the employees, they are all attentive and dedicated. They look for alternatives to help us, which helps us a lot. They are great people and really committed to the work they do. I can only praise everyone and recommend them technically.

Não gostei muito do resultado do corte, minha gatinha veio sem a coleira dela, e tb não me mandaram mensagem confirmando que ela já estava pronta, o que fez com que ela ficasse muito tempo me esperando lá. Acho que podem melhorar nesses dois aspectos.
I saw that here there are both positive and negative reviews regarding grooming, and I decided to take my kitten there to test. I didn't really like the result of the cut, my kitty came without her collar, and they didn't even send me a message confirming that she was ready, which made her stay there for a long time. I think they can improve on these two aspects.

I adore. The service provided by Cláudia is very nice, and the veterinarian Lu is amazing and happy. My dog has been attending since 2 and a half months old.

There's a nice place at Clínica da Lu, to wait with a tasty coffee, water and an open area with beautiful birds and plants!
