Consulta de emergencia, R$160.00. Na media da outras clinicas
Levei meu cao la na SEXTA FEIRA SANTA, na emergengia. Ele chegou quase morto. Na recepçao, ao inves de o socorrerem deram inicio a uma ficha e ele morrendo nos meus braços. Segundo a Dra Bruna, norma da clinica.
Qdo eu disse que qdo a ficha estivesse pronta, nao haveria mais necessidade de atendimento, resolveu socorre-lo.
Colocou ele no OXOGENIO, aplicou tramal, ai chegou outra vet que nao lembro o nome e colocou soro, colocou o oxigenio mas narinas e aplicou furosamida.
Ai escutaram o coraçao e o pulmao, primeiro disseram que o pulmao estava limpo, depois que estava com secreçao e precisava de RAIO X. queriam fazer ECO tb.
Queriam que ficasse internado. Nao aprovei, porque nao confiei na clinica, nem nas vets e tb nao acreditei que ele ficaria no oxigenio.
Ele so estava vivo por causa do oxigenio, estava morrendo e nao havia como reverterem o quadro. De que adiantaria fazer RAIO X E ECO e ficar internado? Orçamento da internaçao R$ 825.00.
Ele estava em tratamento de hepatite ha 2 dias em outra clinica. Sendo medicado nesta clinica, mas na sexta piorou e infelizmente nao sobreviveu.
Enfim. Nao gostei. Atendimento sem confiabilidade e MUITO CARA. Forma de pagamento, R$ 400.00 somente a vista e sem desconto com PIX
Tenho + 6 caes e nao volto nesta clinica. Nao confio a vida de nenhum deles a esta clinica.
Td isto para que ele ficasse internado, mas infelizmente ele nao tinha mais recuperaçao.
Apresentaram a conta de R$ 400.00 por 40 min de ocigenio e aplicaçao de tramal e furosamida + a consulta

Then they listened to the heart and the lung, first they said that the lung was clean, then it was secreted and needed X-RAY. They wanted to do ECO tb.
They wanted me to stay in the hospital. I did not approve, because I did not trust the clinic, nor the vets and also did not believe that it would be in oxygen.
He was only alive because of the oxygen, he was dying and there was no way to reverse the situation. What good would it do to X-RAY and ECO and stay in the hospital? Admission budget R $ 825.00.
He was on hepatitis treatment for 2 days at another clinic. Being medicated at this clinic, but on Friday it worsened and unfortunately it did not survive.
Anyway. Did not like. Unreliable and VERY EXPENSIVE service. Payment method, R $ 400.00 only in cash and without discount with PIX
I have + 6 dogs and I will not be back at this clinic. I don't trust the lives of any of them to this clinic.
All this so that he could be hospitalized, but unfortunately he was no longer recovering.

é verdade que fazem procedimentos sem autorização para encarecer ! Na primeira consulta a bendita veio com 2 injeções e alegou que ia ser muito dolorida e já foi colocando no soro. Não durou 2 minutos a aplicação e pasmem!!! ME COBROU MAIS 150,00 PELO "PROCEDIMENTO"! questionei como assim que 2 injeções custam 150 reais????? enfim... paguei. Meu cão não se adaptou à medicação indicada. Pedi ajuda por whatsapp e a vet me disse para ir até lá conversar a respeito do tratamento.. pois bem.. chegando lá uma mulher desagradável (evelyn) me disse que era só a plantonista e que a /gabriela tinha DEIXADO 3 RECEITAS... PARA EU ESCOLHER UMA!!!! Péssimo atendimento! Gastei horrores e não resolveu o problema.
Enfim.... ODIEI ! nuca mais volto ! vou falar mal pra quem quiser ouvir!!!!

In the first consultation, the blessed woman came with 2 injections and claimed that it would be very painful and was already putting it in the serum. The application didn't last 2 minutes and amazing!!! CHARGED ME MORE 150.00 FOR THE "PROCEDURE"! I questioned how so 2 injections cost 150 reais????? anyway... paid. My dog did not adapt to the prescribed medication. I asked for help through whatsapp and the vet told me to go there and talk about the treatment... well... arriving there an unpleasant woman (evelyn) told me that it was only the on duty and that / gabriela had LEFT 3 RECIPES... .FOR I CHOOSE ONE!!!! Terrible attendance! I spent horrors and did not solve the problem.
Anyway.... I HATED! never come back! I will speak ill to anyone who wants to hear it!!!!
Horrible, no empathy, no love of the craft.

Minha cachorrinha ficou 4 dias internada e as veterinárias me acalmavam me enviando fotos e vídeos da minha cahorrinha. O único lado negativo é o preço, não sei se é normal mas achei certas coisas muiro caras, gastei em torno de R$3,700 mas foi pago com gosto aliás é pela vida da minha peludinha.

My little dog was hospitalized for 4 days and the veterinarians calmed me down by sending me pictures and videos of my little dog.
