★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cachorrinho para banho e ao cortarem as unhas houve um sangramento que durou até ele chegar em casa que foi quando observamos o sangue ainda saindo em bastante quantidade. Voltamos ao estabelecimento e foi estancado o sangramento. No entanto, ao meu entender, deveriam ter observado a ferida ocasionada na hora que ocorreu, feito o procedimento de reparação e comunicado o ocorrido. Não ter feito isso gerou uma preocupação enorme, além de termos ido e voltado várias vezes para resolver uma situação que poderia ter sido resolvida na hora que aconteceu. Além disso o pet foi com a unha ferida pra casa podendo pegar uma infecção ao andar pelo chão da rua. Ao reclamar, apenas houve a justificativa de que isso pode acontecer devido a cor da unha ser preta e pronto. Eu realmente esperava uma retratação no sentido de que afirmassem que iriam prestar mais atenção ao cortar as unhas, verificando no momento se houve sangramento para resolver de imediato.

In addition, the pet went home with a wounded nail and could get an infection when walking on the street floor. When complaining, there was only justification that this could happen because the nail color is black and that's it. I really expected a retraction in the sense that they would say they would pay more attention when cutting their nails, checking at the moment for bleeding to resolve immediately.
