Portanto, se um clínica veterinária, que tem Whatsapp e está online, demora 1 hora para dizer que não ha veterinário no momento de emergência, e sinal que não tem compromisso com o cliente e com o bem estar do animal.
Unfortunately when I needed an answer: "if there was a veterinarian, nobody from Whatsaap answered me, and when he answered he was already at another clinic that promptly attended to my pet. So, if a veterinary clinic, which has Whatsapp and is online , it takes 1 hour to say that there is no veterinarian at the time of emergency, and sign that there is no commitment to the client and the animal's well-being.
