★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por parte do veterinário. Meu cachorro morreu e só descobri quando EU liguei. Fora que foi cobrado uma diária que meu cachorro nem usou, morreu antes. Quando fui buscar o cachorro morto, não tiveram um pingo de delicadeza pela situação, e tive que pedir por várias vezes informações sobre o óbito, só depois de insistir muito obtive.
Terrible service from the vet. My dog died and I only found out when I called. Apart from that I was charged a daily rate that my dog didn't even use, he died before. When I went to get the dead dog, they didn't show a hint of delicacy for the situation, and I had to ask for information about the death several times, only after insisting a lot I got it.
