★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje lá a primeira vez com minha gatinha de 4 meses que foi atropelada quarta 4:30 da tarde e estava muito mal, cheguei 6:30 de hoje quinta feira recebi uma ficha que foi liberada as 7:30, minha gatinha foi atendida tomou medicação, antibiótico , exame de sangue e raio x. até ai tudo bem . A cada profissional que me atendia eu falava que ela estava muito mal e tinha que fazer uma cirurgia falei isso varias vezes e o que eles me falavam era que não tinha vaga para a cirurgia, eu esperando os procedimentos até que na ultima consulta o medico me pergunta duas vezes se eu não tinha condições para levá-la ao uma clínica particular, e falou se eu não levasse logo eu estaria ciente que ela iria morrer, nessa hora me senti tão impotente por ele ter me feito essa pergunta, se eu estava lá é porque não tinha condições .
Quando sai já era 2:30 da tarde com a minha gatinha do mesmo jeito, cheguei em casa e ela continuou agonizando até as 9:00hs , infelizmente ela veio a falecer, fiquei muito triste e me perguntado o porque eles não fizeram a cirurgia era uma emergência uma gatinha com a pata direita quebrada e suspeita de hérnia diafragmática e com vários profissionais ali eu pedi várias vezes era mais fácil falar que ela iria morrer do que fazer a cirurgia.
Já que não funciona essa emergência urgência, porque colocam na pagina ? se está lotado enformem assim não perdemos tempo e não vamos ! muito triste, indignada ,impotente nunca vi um animal sofrer tanto como a minha gatinha.
Today I went there the first time with my 4 month old kitten that was run over Wednesday 4:30 pm and it was very bad, I arrived at 6:30 pm today Thursday I received a file that was released at 7:30 am, my kitten was taken care of took medication, antibiotic, blood test and x-ray. so far so good. I told each professional who attended me that she was very ill and had to have a surgery. I said that several times and what they told me was that there was no vacancy for the surgery, I was waiting for the procedures until the doctor saw me last. asks twice if I was unable to take her to a private clinic, and said if I didn't take it soon I would be aware that she would die, at that time I felt so helpless because he asked me that question, if I was there it is because I was unable to.
When I left it was already 2:30 pm with my kitten in the same way, I got home and she continued to agonize until 9:00 am, unfortunately she died, I was very sad and asked me why they didn't have the surgery it was an emergency a kitten with a broken right paw and suspected diaphragmatic hernia and with several professionals there I asked several times it was easier to say that she would die than to have the surgery.
Since this emergency urgency doesn't work, why put it on the page? if it is crowded, please do not waste any time and we will not go! very sad, indignant, impotent I have never seen an animal suffer as much as my kitten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo, como a maioria dos serviços públicos. A gente espera demais, o animal se estressa e ainda é mal atendido. Sem falar na negligência de alguns médicos veterinários. Hj mesmo estarei formalizando uma denúncia referente a essa Clínica, a auxiliar veterinária e o Veterinário que "atendeu" meu gato. Infelizmente eu fui um dos que tive má sorte nessa Clínica. Só recomendo se realmente o tutor não tiver condições nenhuma de procurar uma rede particular.
Terrible service, like most utilities. We wait too long, the animal gets stressed and is still underserved. Not to mention the negligence of some veterinarians. Today, I will be formalizing a complaint regarding this Clinic, the veterinary assistant and the veterinarian who "attended" my cat. Unfortunately I was one of those who had bad luck at this Clinic. I only recommend it if the tutor really doesn't have any conditions to look for a particular network.

Equipe preparada e objetiva. A espera, a demora... isso faz parte, afinal, a demanda é alta.
Gostaria de deixar uma sugestão, para que a Prefeitura de Fortaleza disponibilizasse mais lixeiras e suportes com saquinhos para que os tutores pudessem recolher a sujeira que fica no local.

I would like to leave a suggestion for the City of Fortaleza to provide more trash cans and supports with bags so that tutors could collect the dirt that remains in the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima levei minha gata lá viva com sintomas de infecção,ela teve uma convulsão e aplicaram uma medicação, me deixaram esperando por mais de 2 horas com a gata agonizando até ela morrer... quem bem souber não levar seu animal de estimação para esse lugar terrível de atendimento desumano!!!! Aprendam a trabalhar meu povo nossos animais são vidas também!!!
Terrible experience I took my cat there alive with symptoms of infection, she had a seizure and they applied a medication, they left me waiting for more than 2 hours with the cat dying until she died... who knows not to take your pet to this Terrible place of inhuman service!!!! Learn to work my people our animals are lives too!!!

Infelizmente, perdi meu gato pq estava esperando pra levar amanhã (segunda) para fazer uma cirurgia as pressas....
Revejam isso, imprevistos acontecem!!!Os animais não ficam só doentes de segunda a sexta....?
