★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo um absurdo falam um preço e depois falam outro ou seja so estão aí pra lucrar não resolveram o problema do meu pet tive que leva em outra clínica pois mi cobram um absurdo nem um médico veterinário pra explicar o que ia ser feito deixaram pra recepcionista passar o valor pra gente somente isso não indico a ninguém
 Terribly absurd they say one price and then they say another one, that is, they are only there to profit they did not solve my pet's problem I had to take them to another clinic because they charge me absurd not even a veterinarian to explain what was going to be done, they left it to the receptionist to pass the value for us only this does not indicate to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanto eu (como tutor) quanto meu filho (de 4 patas) fomos muito bem recebidos, aparados e informados de toda a situação à qual nos levou a procurarmos a Clínica Veterinária Santos. Consulta de emergência rápida e eficaz durante a madrugada, 24h. Atendimentos e procedimentos e pós-procedimentos 100%. E mesmo durante os 2 dias que precisou ficar internado - EM APARTAMENTO PRIVATIVO, vale ressaltar - fui sendo informado o tempo todo. Profissionais muito bem qualificados. No final deu tudo certo. OBS: Não espere precisar de atendimento médico veterinário, receber tudo do bom e do melhor, salvar a vida do teu pet e pagar barato, tudo tem um custo por um bem maior. Não achei caro, achei justo. Agradeço todo o cuidado que tiveram e carinho.

Fast and effective emergency consultation during the night, 24h. Services and procedures and post-procedures 100%. And even during the 2 days that I had to be hospitalized - IN A PRIVATE APARTMENT, it is worth mentioning - I was kept informed all the time. Very well qualified professionals. In the end it all worked out. NOTE: Do not expect to need veterinary medical care, receive all the best and the best, save your pet's life and pay cheaply, everything has a cost for a greater good. I didn't think it was expensive, I thought it was fair. I appreciate all the care and care.

Sem contar o mau cheiro no cachorro!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do lugar desde o primeiro atendimento. Tive que ir 3 vezes e em todas fui atendida por pessoas inexperientes, sem trato com o paciente e cliente. Foi trabalhoso coletar o sangue, teve que ser feito de duas vezes e quando fui pela última vez pra alguém falar sobre o resultado dos exames quiseram internar minha gata a todo custo, com exames e parâmetros normais. E se eu não conhecesse minha gata direito?? Teria levado uma facada de 800,00!!!!!!
A recepção também não faz um bom trabalho, há divergências de informações passadas ao tutor.
Enfim, a obrigação de gerar lucro pro estabelecimento.
Numa rotina normal de vacina levei a outro lugar, que não levei de início pois lá não é 24h, foram constatados os exames normais!!!! Sem necessidade de internação.
Péssima experiência, estresse pra mim e meu animal.

What if I didn't know my cat properly?? Would have taken a stab of 800.00!!!!!!
The reception doesn't do a good job either, there are discrepancies in the information passed to the tutor.
Finally, the obligation to generate profit for the establishment.
In a normal vaccine routine I took it to another place, which I didn't take at first because it's not 24 hours there, the normal exams were found!!!! No need for hospitalization.
Bad experience, stress for me and my animal.
