★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os proprietários são muito atenciosos, assim como todas as pessoas que trabalham lá. Sempre disponíveis, todas as vezes que precisei levar um dos meus bichinhos sempre foram muito bem atendidos pelas médicas veterinárias do local. Ótimo serviço de petshop, banho e tosa também.
The owners are very attentive, as are all the people who work there. Always available, every time I needed to take one of my pets, they were always very well attended by the local veterinarian. Great petshop, bath and grooming service too.

Minha cachorrinha adoeceu, eu não estava em itabirito minha namorada levou ela, bom prescreveram para ela 5 medicamentos e falou para ela voltar para casa, após 2 dias cheguei e a cachorra não apresentou nenhuma melhora com a medicação prescrita, pelo contrário se debilitou mais ainda, uma cachorra Pinscher de 4 meses de vida tomar 5 medicamentos diferentes durante o dia, creio que ela não conseguia processar tudo aquilo.
Pedi para adiar o retorno da consulta dela, para terça de manhã, levando ela, outra veterinária nos atendeu, questionei sobre o primeiro atendimento de não terem feito um raio X nem nada nela e já receitou 5 medicamentos, a veterinária me falou que não estava no dia então solicitou a internação dela para o raio X, pediram para assinar um termo no qual isentavam eles de quaisquer responsabilidade sobre a vida do animal.
Questionei na recepção, me falaram que era padrão, bom creio que cada cachorro chega no veterinário com prognóstico é que o termo teria de ser individual, bem assinamos pois se não a cachorra não poderia ficar, isso era 10:30 as 13:00 eles nos ligam falando que poderia realizar o raio x dela pois não conseguiram sedar a cachorrinha e que era melhor sedar ela para fazer uma ressonância com imagens para ver nervos ou problemas neurológicos e nos indicaram um veterinário em BH. bom totalmente insatisfeito com o primeiro e com o segundo atendimento levei ela na Veterinária Fauna onde ela já tinha sido vacinada.( só não levamos ela antes por não funcionarem domingo).
Chegando lá eles retiraram 4 medicamentos prescritos e continuaram só com 1 e deram 1 injeção nela, disse que não era nada neurológico, retornamos com ela pra casa de um dia para o outro a cachorrinha teve uma melhora significativa, e com 5 dias estava totalmente curada, ela teve mais 2 retornos na Fauna.
Bom infelizmente isso acontece né.
Mas tenho certeza que não entrarei na Saúde animal para comprar nem ração, fora os preços altos e inexperiência ou falta de profissionalismo mesmo da equipe quase perdi minha cachorrinha de 4 messes.
Obs nosso vizinho aqui também teve uma experiência parecida mas no final o seu animal teve de ser sacrificado.
Bom, não indico para ninguém e quem for como sempre digo boa sorte! E leve bastante dinheiro.

My dog got sick, I was not on itabirito my girlfriend took her, well, they prescribed 5 medicines for her and told her to come home, after 2 days I arrived and the dog did not show any improvement with the prescribed medication, on the contrary, she weakened even more , a 4 month old Pinscher dog taking 5 different medications during the day, I think she couldn't process it all.
I asked to postpone the return of her appointment, to Tuesday morning, taking her, another vet attended to us, I asked about the first care of not having done an X-ray or anything on her and she has already prescribed 5 medicines, the vet told me that she was not on that day, he requested her hospitalization for the X-ray, they asked her to sign a term in which they exempted them from any responsibility for the animal's life.
I asked at the reception, they told me it was standard, well I believe that each dog arrives at the vet with a prognosis is that the term would have to be individual, well we signed it because otherwise the dog couldn't stay, that was 10:30 to 13:00 they They called us saying that they could do her x-ray because they couldn't sedate the puppy and that it was better to sedate her to do an MRI with images to see nerves or neurological problems and they referred us to a veterinarian in BH. good, totally dissatisfied with the first and with the second service, I took her to the Fauna Veterinary Center where she had already been vaccinated. (we just didn't take her before because they didn't work on Sunday).
When they got there they took 4 prescribed medications and continued with only 1 and gave her 1 injection, said it was nothing neurological, we returned with her home overnight the puppy had a significant improvement, and after 5 days she was completely cured , she had 2 more returns in Fauna.
Well, unfortunately that happens.
But I'm sure I won't go into Animal Health to buy even food, apart from the high prices and inexperience or lack of professionalism even on the part of the team, I almost lost my 4 month old puppy.
Obs our neighbor here also had a similar experience but in the end his animal had to be euthanized.
Well, I don't recommend it to anyone and whoever is, as always, I say good luck! And take a lot of money.
